did you do any recent brake pad job? it once happened to me in my old car,,,i changed brake pads and the mecho who changed it did not do a good job and one tire started to over heat and becomes so hot,,that i have to park after driving for like 1 hr to let it cool...but it was fixed though..so,,,please find out which of the tyres holds or gives issues..it should not be a difficult fix...wish ya luck bro

The senate wants to probe this contract because they believe its exorbitant. If the senate can successfully probe and get us a better deal, that'll be awesome. We have these arms of government for checks and balances, so good job by the senate trying to look into this, as long as there's no selfish motive. Knowing the Nigerian senate, this all could be because they're not getting their "cut".
