My previous epistles on this issue have been justified. There are several naive applicants whose chances and hopes of entering Canada and USA have been dashed perpetually by these wicked souls who call themselves agents, but are either keeping silent or not available on any of the social media fora to recount their ordeals.

I blame their customers

More reason why I said never to trust any agent okay, cos I trusted him with everything cos he is a cousin and he said I shouldn't worry that he'll handle everything.

More reason I'll never use agent for anything again in my life. I asked him them about the POF and he said he used more than enough funds, only to discover he used 6,000 Canadian dollar wtf.

My major concern is wether it is acceptable to create multiple account to track a single application. That's why I'm being hesitant and skeptic about it.

Moreover, if anything should go south while creating another account, the Agent will definitely put the blame on me.

I really wish to know what is going on with my application.

Had my Biometric on 22/12/23. Which means I might likely get an update between May/June, going by my calculations.

Month of Biometric: Application decision;
October. March/April.
November. April/May.
December. May/June.

Good afternoon everyone, I have been following this thrend since September last year, when I submitted my visiting visa, but on 7th of March I was denied, with the following reasons, the vo said that your current employment situation does not show you are financially established in your country of residence, the purpose of visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application, your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself and lastly i am not satisfied tgat you will leave Canada at the end of your stay.....
The statement of account that I used is 19.4million
I have cac, my vehicle document worth 4.5million, landed property worth 8 million family photo, date of birth og all themmember of the family.
Please I wanted to reapply, I need your kind information to provide necessary information and the documents to correct of what the vo said

Hello everyone. Thank you for all the information provided for me to track my application. Thankfully I got heads through and I was able to create a tracker. The tracker states the application status is closed. However, the background check is in progress while eligibility is completed.
I guess I will have to keep waiting.

It's normal. At times it takes a considerable amount of time before IRCC officers go through the webform messages applicants send to them, but If you receive no response acknowledging the webform message you sent after 6 weeks, you can send it again.

Hello everyone

I recently got admission to UCW in November 2023 for my MBA applied for my visa in January 2024 . Did my medical on the 18th January and biometrics 22nd January. Got a response from IRCC visa rejection on the 13th of February. I am meant to resume 8th of July 2024. I have been down since then .

Also I applied with my husband but his application is visiting visa ( we are yet to get a response on his application) we got married legally , church and traditionally in November. No children yet . Had 28m in his account and my company was also supporting.


Purpose of refusal from the letter sent to us is that no prove that I will be leaving Canada after my studies and insufficient financial support.

We used an agent and it was the agent who advised us to use this method for me and my husband. I have been depressed since I got the news .

We intend re applying again in a month time is that a good move? Also adding more funds to our portfolio.

There's no way to apply under the Can+ program, each application is reviewed and processed under that category provided it qualifies for it. Judging from this application's timeline, they were processed under the can+ program even though they had an expired US Visa.

PPR Jan 20th, 2024.

You should write out a letter to explain the mistake and provide the correct information. Don't forget to include your UCI and application number on the letter.

After you have written out the letter, then you should do the following:

1. Follow @level1's advice. Raise a webform, then attach or upload that same letter to the webfom so they can add this letter to your file.

2. Send an email to nairobi@international.gc.ca or nrobi@international.gc.ca, but remember to attach that letter to this email. Write URGENT as the subject of the email.

He should raise webform very fast before a decision is made on is application.
