Is it your size or your face? First you need to have a change of mindset, tell yourself you are beautiful just the way you and start loving and caring for yourself and you will be shock how everything will start changing for good.

Some key things to pay attention to includes
1. Physical exercise, make sure you exercise at least 4 times weekly, it can be walking, jogging, dancing, running, swimming, u can even do this in the comfort of your hime.
2. Pay attention to your food choices, eat lots of fruits vegetables, drink water, stay away from fizzy, sugary and all unhealthy drinks and food
3. Spiritual life: Know God for yourself and know that God does not make bad things so you are good enough
4. Study the word and have a book of positive affirmations and confessions that you repeat to your self as you go about your business and

Well, personally I wouldn't do this to anyone talk more of my own blood but everyone is not me and I don't know all the details so I won't judge him. However, let me ask if it was both your arrangements before you came.

For now, my sincere advice will be, take everything in good faith, relate with him well, show respect, share whatever you have with him and dont pay him back in his own coin as two wrongs can never make a right, this is not easy to do but trust me, if you can this, it will change alot of things for the better both in your relationship and even in your personal life.
