So a follow up test was done by my partner who is on booster drugs for the swimmers and the result is shown below kindly help with an analysis
This isn't the final result because he still has a month to go in the 90 day therapy.

What was his result like before he started the booster drugs? For now I think he continue with his drugs and also be sure that his diet is clean, let him eat more fertility friendly food.
Lots of green vegetables, fruits, vegetables, walnuts, cashew nuts etc

Congratulations to all our BFP Mama's.

Sisters, please I need your input in this, so I did TVS just to be sure what's going on and also preventing our BFP. Even though we couldn't BD on ovulation day and the day after, but we BD 2 days before ovulation, and I learnt that sperm stays in the cervix for 3-5 days. So I thought God will use that to bless us. But AF showed again. Which prompted me to go for TVS. And the result showed

1- posterior Vaginal fornix cyst(Gartner duct cyst) ( never heard of such in my life)
2-Adenomyosis (just imagine what is going on in my body)
3-1cm subserosal Fibroid( Im just wondering where this one came from again. What cussed this for goodness sake. All the ultrasound I did never showed this. What could cause these for goodness sake. Is it Letrozole and fsh inj I took?

I saw my gynea and he said nothing can be done about the adenomyosis, I shouldn't worry about the fibroid since it's tiny (ofcouse I'm so worried as I heard that it grows. I want to get rid of it if there's any natural way to do that). And then he suggested Lap for the vaginal cyst(said 700k) for the laproscopy. I don't even have that kind of money, not even thinking about it.

Please is there anyone here that has experienced any of this? What can I do please. I'm sorry each time I comment here, it's always bad news. I pray one day I will come back here with good news. #Sobs#

Hello sis, please be rest assured that everything will be fine, this is just the doctor/lab report, God's report for u is totally different.

I really do not know any specific solutions to any of these above as I didn't have any of those issue but my general advice will be for you to start embracing eating healthy, stop all sorts of sugar, fizzy drinks and unhealthy pastries, eat more of fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water.

Also, castor oil massage helps a lot with all sorts of adhesions, if you are in Abuja, I can get across to you castor hot water pack

Above all, don't let fear into your heart, have faith that God will do it and keep your heart free of all form of anxiety and pressure, praying for u, u will celebrate soon.

Also, has anyone experience pain at the ribs just under breast? It's on my left side and is usually severe when I lay on that side

I have been married for 6years without a child. it has been the worst time of My life to be married without a child.

Anytime we argue, he will shout at me with scorn and hateful words but he can never speak to his family members that way.

lf l try to talk with him over some issues or advice which will benefit us, he will shot me down, only for us to suffer later.

l have tried to Know my wrong to him but he doesn't wanna tell me. l am in deep pains cos he has told me "that anytime l want to leave, that am free to do so".

On Monday, he came back around 12am, and l was worried till that time. He came back without explaination and l asked him, whether l am that invisible to him, and his reply was "if l am tired, that l should leave". l now replied, "if l have a child, will you send us out?" he didn't say anything but l know that his attitude is cos of that.

The day l had my Last miscarriage was in 2016, and the tears l had in My eyes was not about my baby but knowing that l will Not be loved again by my husband.

l am tired! l almost went Into depression, and sucide, cos of his attitude to me. l don't Know how to handle him, cos my presence irritates him.

Please Sound advice.

So sorry for what you are going through, sometimes is really not easy even without pressure from anywhere but God will see u through.
The both of you should visits the hospital to ascertain what exactly is wrong, sometimes the mind will even be surprised to find that he is the one having issues.

Also, try to keep yourself busy as much as possible, don't wait for him to give u money for evryting, make your own money, take of yourself, exercise, eat healthy and make yourself happy.
Stay far away from self pity, when he suddenly start seeing you happy and not been not care if he makes you happy or not, he Will adjust, remember that your happiness is not in the hand of anyone but only you can make you happy.

Join support groups that you can learn from, I learnt so much from such groups especially Nairaland TTC forum, these support groups will each you some things you can start doing on your own to help enhance fertility.

Above all, pray always, don't put yourself under pressures, sometimes we allow others make us put too much pressure on ourselves, remember say no be you de create pikin o, do your best and leave the rest for God.

Don't give up, God is with u, will be praying for u,

It's always advisable to sleep on your left side for proper blood circulation and comfort. At early stage if you sleep like me, when you sleep on your left side, you'll meet yourself face down or laying on your back.
Later in pregnancy, it won't be comfortable for you to lie on your back because you will feel like fainting immediately.

It's best to start practicing sleeping on your left side, so as to get used to it before your bump becomes big.

Shopping? It's not too early to start shopping before you will have to waddle to the market infact Zaynie is your best plug for your baby needs just give her the list of things you want and she will give you the best at affordable price.

Nairaland is not just the place to seek some kind of advice from as it will leave you more confused at the end end of the day.
The first issue I see here is you both that have same belief, note I do not mean you both are not Christians, while your wife is a born again christian who believes in the chastity of marriage, you on the other hand are probably just someone who goes to church and do not take Christian doctrines seriously, the Bible said "marriage is honourable in all and the bed undefiled". For someone who truly knows God and understand the scriptures, until your marriage is sealed in God's presence, you are not yet married.
My advice is, if u know you cannot continue to respect her faith in God, is better to find someone who does not see anything wrong with sex before marriage so she can also go to someone who believes exactly what she believes in. Mind you, if this is not sorted out properly and you go ahead with the wedding, issues like this will continue to arise, so is better you both handle it to your satisfaction before going ahead.
The singular fact that she told you from the very beginning should have made calm down
Truth is, not every girl who said am a virgin is scam at the end of the day.
