In my own home-town, (according to what my mum told me) the elders collect dowry or the money...But later return it to the man.....They let him that they are not selling their child...

It is called tradition and might not be easy to stop.. Besides those benefittin from it wont allow it to be stopped.

I'm interested in buying a pad or tablet device. I like the iPad mini (guess it's abt N80k). But my budget is abt 50k.
I need advice on which device to go for that is below my budget and also has good features like camera, internal memory etc. It must not be Apple. Could be xperia, techno etc.

I just don't want to buy something I might regret buying.

NB: the camera specificied for Tecno S9 is a turn off for me. 2MP?!
