Delta state has never had it this bad.

The most painful thing is that this Okowa served at most of the political rungs in the state in the past,as a CCC for his L.G.A,as commissioner,as a SSG,as a Senator and now as the governor ,so where is the wealth of experience that this man has garnered over these years at each level of his stewardship?He garnered zero experience absolutely..The man is simply a mistake for a governor... Deltans await him at the polls in 2019,let's see if he would be able to rig himself in,he shouldn't forget that he can only rig successfully in areas where he is popular and not in areas where they harbor a deep resentment towards him and is therefore least popular...Let him and his advisers continue to keep their heads in la-la land..

3)Those towers were built with reinforced steel,and those who built them said Boeing planes were considered when they were designing the structures because of the heights.and they said it wasn't just possible that those planes for those planes to ve brought the buildings down without an external factor.

4) I hope u know the temperature range at which reinforced steel would melt,the heat generated on impact by the planes on the buildings wouldn't ve been anywhere near should bring those buildings down.

So some US company (which you can’t name, right?) sold you the first set of samples? You don’t know if they acquired them legally or illegally in Russia, but it was Russia because that’s where they could get them, could be any country, right? But now you (i.e. the US Airforce) need some supplementary biological “material”, which has to be from the same country to match the original samples? One problem there: you haven’t specified the part of Russia where the original stuff comes from, and as Russians’ DNA groups vary from one region to another often more widely than, say, from country to country in the EU, the tender is either unscientific as far as genetics go, or the explanation doesn’t make much sense, scientifically speaking[/b]…. which is it?

The Kremlin says foreign agents are collecting DNA samples from Russians of different ethnicities and sending the data abroad for scientific analysis.

Comrade, I saw a post relating to this topic several weeks back bt I just couldn't get my head around the purpose and intent of the experiment. Like u rightly said all indices point to a bio-warfare on the Russian people and this is just the most plausible explanation because I don't know how someone can be so obsessed about a people to this extent.

Don't mind them,it was in the same Warri,Hausa-quarters to be precise that two young guys had a wager on whether one of them could snatch a soldier's phone or not while he made a call. A said he could do that while B disagreed,and almost immediately A ran brazenly towards the soldier who even had his rifle on him,snatched the phone and dashed across the road to the other side before the soldier could regain his balance the guy had gone and was nowhere to be seen. The soldier who was visibly angry regretted not being able to regain his composure in time so as to shoot at the guy.

Everybody around was awed by the boy's effrontery...So that was how the soldier's phone went to the land of no return,the morale of this story is that these uniformed men re humans like us too...But had the guy been caught ,hehe he might not even had lived to say what he did because he would definitely had been shot for his stupid act.

Deal with it. Nigerians claim to be educated but i wonder and i'm amazed at our rationale. A toll gate has been in place for almost a century, and no public declaration is made on the loan that was used in the construction of this road.

For a state that makes massive IGR, and receives allocation from oil, one should assume Lagos has more than enough. But no way, it's like life, we want more and more, they keep asking for more and more like an open grave.

Last time the commissioner of finance was questioned by Chief Jimi Agbaje about the status of the loan used in constructing the road, the amount paid, the amount left to be paid, the amount generated by the toll monthly, the projected tenure it will remain functional, he couldn't talk and was serving the interests of secondary parties.

It's like Jesus said, the rulers of this world like tax collection. Let them keep increasing it. They know Nigerians won't complain.
