imag5: It a very simple thing,you tell them yes you have been applying to comapany that meet your requirement and since you are fresh,all they except after your graduation is for you to look for Job..but you have to tell them that you apply to company similar to theirs and it shows you know what you want and it put pressure on them to take you....umf

IBM is recruiting again for Graduate Trainee position....and they are yet to conclude with d 1st one which they started since May. Haba!

Any update so far on d 1st batch of their graduate recruitment after d Assessment Centre, ie, GBS Consulting by Degree role

And can someone whose application is under review (or completed Assessment Centre) still apply for d current opening??

Dis iz a very nice thread! Ephraim is my name, a fresh PE graduate from FUTO....still on d job hunt.

Please, what is an interviewer looking for in a fresh graduate when he/she (d interviewer) asks d applicant "have you been applying to other jobs?"

And what's an ideal response to such question as an interviewee (graduate)? because as a young graduate, they xpect you shouldn't put all eggs in one basket....ie, you must have bn applying to so many other place. So telling them their company is d only place you re applying to may seem like a lie...lol.

I don't think our course of study has anything to do with dis IV being sent, perhaps, it depend on d stream applied for.....or d IV could be in batches. I applied for Commercial, even though my field is not commercial.

I had d same issue during my application, i just chose the 3rd Fed Uni of Tech (which ought to be FUTO)....normally, 1st one should be FUTA, 2nd FUT Minna, 3rd FUTO, then 4th FUT Yola in alphabetical order. I've already applied before the correction on their site. So you be FUTOITE too, what dept?......I read PET.

Maybe you didn't restart your system after installing d flash player? If you have successfully downloaded n installed d flasher player 11.0, then just restart your system to effect d change....it will work. Cheers!

Yea, we can't really predict their pattern. They didn't send any mail concerning d work strength test.....just d mail that my applicatn is under review, that they will endeavour to contact me in coming 'weeks'.

Same thing happened to me when I wanted to access d test via d link sent wth d test reminder. Don't use d link in d test reminder, access d test using d link in d initial/1st test link....it will work. If this doesn't work, try accessing d test via your profile on their website....my job page. Hope this helps?
