This is not the issue Shariff. If your customers are having issues with you and call you out on Nairaland or any other online platform(s) for an explanation whatsoever, the onus is on you to give an explanation as to what transpired that caused the delay in the transaction and the refund, not just refunding and blocking up and down.
I owe you this truth as someone who has defended you severally on this platform. Think about it and amend your ways and don't just get defensive about it. Thank you.

I observed that too...he has been avoiding answering questions from his NL followers in recent times. I was even thinking whether his stores was among those confiscated by their State Govt,not knowing he collected money for order he did not supply as alleged by the poster above. No matter the issue, blocking and avoiding your customers online is not the way to go.

Truth is Ecobank loan to Honeywell is not lost yet. Its either FMN pays or Oba pays. But nothing concerns the fbnh share puchase to the said loan.
The entity used in buying the fbnh majority shares has two sons of Oba as majority shareholders and can hardly be dragged into the whole mess.
