Yes, if you have not received any payment from them you must have a problem ranging from 1. Having not been posted 2. Bvn unmatched records to 3. Verification issue. You better have the first and third problem because it depends on your focal person to resolve them. If you have second, it is a little bit difficult to resolve.

I am not disputing that but the case now is that he has not been paid. I only gave possible causes. Well, he has the option to relax and wait for Npower to pay him like your person did.

You have a problem with unmatched records. So go to your bank and ratify the issue of your name in your bvn to suit your Npower profile page name. Make sure this was corrected and write to selection@npower.gov.ng with the proofs.

He could have a problem of unmatched records or physical verification. So certify that the fault is not his, he is advised to check his bvn details at the bank to see if there's any discrepancy with his Npower profile details. Or he should press for reverification, may be they skipped ticking one of his certificates in the available column. But he needs the focal person to do this for him now.

I check my npvn everyday and all my details including bvn are correct. . . .am not the only one experiencing this fucvktard issue.. . .they purposely paid 2000 out of 7k peeps thats APch!t way!

I mean you going to the bank to see if there's no mistake in your bvn name and age. Check your bank first.
