Listen well and when typing the information, be very careful, make sure you look at your screen very well so u won't type an information in the wrong box. It happened to me yesterday, I typed the customers phone number on the phone type and got stuck. Pls b very careful. All the best guys.

The telegraph needs to investigate this journalist, as that report we read seemed to be written by a Chigozie Coughlin than a Con Coughlin, judging from the sheer amount of falsehood, misinformation and outright ignorance that was contained in the report.
