It is almost 3 years now. May be I got then but I stopped at CBT stage.

I know. that is the crux of being a CSR, and not to worry about me, i dealt with a lot of them at my former jobs, mine was even much worse, because i had direct contact with them; and even as much as an exasperated sigh, makes the customer flare up! My pain with abujasingles was not just his anxiety, but, i am sorry to say, lack of foresight and not being able to look beyond this job for another. He was banking on it as if his life depended on it, obvious with the way he comments....Just for us not to be tensed, a friend that we applied together(infact, i applied on his behalf sef), just got a mail yesterday night for his PPA, while i have been done with mine for over a week now, even waiting for CBT...
Nevertheless, i like your faith, the way you factor getting the job into all of your statements is refreshing.....May God help us all.

Bros, I cannot ascertain the veracity of being disqualified at any stage after reapplying. My first chance came with UConnect. This time around it is a google-form site that I filled to reach this stage. If am you, I will wait until my result comes out and it is confirmed that they have dropped me before I can reapply. I advise that you wait for the result before reapplying.

As much as I can say u have spoken well, I would like to differ on two fronts: 1) I DON'T THINK ANYONE has found solace, as you put it by his anxiety, it only puts everyone and myself on edge.

Look up all his posts from the day people got their CBT invite, u'ld understand my point....You'ld even find others like u and me come in once in a while to say 'did my ppa on this day, up till now, no feedback'. Do u think they aren't anxious or tensed?... Come-on bro, a chance like this need to be guarded jealously? there has been no guarding in abujasingles statement, instead a trail of insecure, hypertensive and angry moods, is what he has been leaving! (it's okay to feel on edge, but it's ur reaction to the issues that matter. If he can truly be on this edge, what if he is later sent a regret mail? 'Heaven forbid', what will he do then?'' Or if he has an unrectified issue with a customer as a CSR, and the person is on your neck, would he start his anxiety attack, all over again?). Did u see where he made the statement, 'As if without them, person no go survive, is that not panic attack on it's own?.....and goes a long way to show he is really banking on this job? Bros, little things go a long way into shaping us oo!

(2) Bros,you guard ur chance by making the most of d opportunity and by praying and PAYING ACTUAL ATTENTION to what people who have been before u have said; some people are still that gracious to explain everything in extensive details, others would just suck up information with d deranged mentality of since I didn't pass, what's my business if others don't?...plz don't reduce yourself to thinking this is one in a life time opportunity. Change your mentality and expand your horizons is the point of my post. Anxiety gets no one any where.

Maybe he could have even gone ahead to call their customer service just like u did, it would have been much better, but anxiety wouldn't hear of that course of action. His questions to people about when he should receive a mail from Etisalat would end up being just speculations or approximations,as people would offer insights on how it was done to them in their own time, might not necessarily be the same with his....

Suffice to say,it is now obvious that they haven't neglected 'us', as he claimed....
