Okudi23: congratulations. Kindly read through my posts here, you will just get all the informations you need. Pay transmission fee of 10k.....and you're wrong...DHL offers two way courier service. I paid 18k+ and my passport was stamped and returned to me under 48hrs. Sent my passport to Abuja, just walk into any DHL office. Check my posts for the required documents. I haven't commented much here,so you can easily see it through my posts. Congratulations once again. Guys keep the faith alive. When last did you try DHL two way courier because they told me themselves at their office that they've stopped that.. it's just one way now.. you have to pay for vfs courier... they stopped it this December |

Godsbabygirl: I have been a silent reader and actually got carried away . I believed my application would take months to be approved so I didn’t really check up on my agent . I checked up on him today and we found out my application was approved since nov 30th and I am a nov 8th applicant . What God cannot do does not exist !!!! I really need to send my passport asap because time has really passed can someone help me with the documents and also I don’t understand this transmission fee and dhl fee . Should I pay the transmission fee and sms fee of 10500 online and put my receipt in the documents I’ll send then pay the dhl fee in the dhl office . And I just read something about dhl offering just one way service . How will I pay the returning courier service to vfs . Please I need help urgently. Thank you Yeah you pay the transmission fee, sms and vac 1 way courier fee.. print out the receipts and add them in your envelope, documents you need to submit are your passport, two photocopies of your passport with your name, phone number, email address written on it, a plain sheet of paper with your details including your address because that's what they'd use to send your passport back to you, print out your passport request letter and add it to the envelope, you also have to submit the yellow slip they gave you after you did your biometrics also check if there's a consent form you signed attached to it, if there's no consent form you signed on it you'd have to go to vfs site and download the consent forms. https://visa.vfsglobal.com/nga/en/can/additional-services |

Also check to make sure it wasn't added to your yellow biometric slip.. in my case I was given that when I went for my biometrics.. and assisted on where to sign, so I didn't need to download the consent form I already had it |

Adedoyin116: Hello, please I want to submit my passport tomorrow to Abuja through the nearest DHL office in my area. Although I did my biometric in Lagos. Please how do I go about it. Get your documents intact, pay the sms, transmission fees and 1 way courier fees because I think DHL has stopped the 2 way courier.. add the receipts In your envelope, check that your consent form is there and signed, 2 photo copies of your international passport, with your name, number, email and home address written below.. your ppr letter and your biometric slip given to you after your biometrics, also add a plain paper with your details on it inside the envelope.. write your name boldly too on the envelope.. the print out should all be colored |

johnstan: If you used a one way courier service to send your ppt to VFS, you will be required to either pay VFS to return it to you via their own courier service or visit them in person for pick up I sent with DHL and already paid for their 1way courier to send it back to me |

Good day everyone, I made a post about my medicals not being updated even after it being up to a form.. o followed advise on mails and Web forms, hoping for a positive outcome from them too, I remember raising a Webform for my updated passport through lagos vfs and got a reply from the Nairobi office weeks later. The Web forms and emails i raised for my medical update and to expedite the process I used URGENT as subject.. while waiting for a positive feedback, time isn't also my favourite suite and I'm scared because my program runs once every year and that's January If I miss this I'll have to wait for another year and it's not really cool because I've differed before. I saw some people saying methods like contacting an Mp I don't know how to go about this what do I do? and if I were to go the mp route how do I do that too? The wait is kind of killing and I don't want to miss this, also I know there might be lots of people with this same predicament, how do we handle it cause we don't have time, if this week goes by and no response it's not safe anymore. Thank you |

ChiPromise: Please, is there anyone here that got medical Request and did the medicals within 1st week in December? If there is, how long did it take for IRCC to update your portal? And have you gotten PPR yet? If so, what was the time interval between the portal update and the PPR? I did mine first week of November it hasn't been updated yet.. I've started sending out mails and Web forms because school starts January. |

Smarthill18: It's PPR for my brother. I'm so happy.
Second time applicant; Conestoga College 1st application was done through an agent. He Got a rejection due to financial reasons. We ordered his GCSMS and the Visa officer claimed he didn't have enough proof of relationship with his sponsor (Sister). Hence, he wasn't sure he will be able to afford it financially. He had to defer his admission to January 2023 and re-applied again. All thanks to @scott99tish for his advice.
Second application: Self
Application submission : 27th August
Upfront Medical passed : 26th September
Eligibility: Ghost update. Didn't know when it was updated.
Original passport collection: 17th November
What we did different to address the visa officers concerns (proof of relationship with sponsor);
I opened a canadian GIC account and Submitted the GIC certificate
I Wrote a strong SOP and LOE explaining that sponsor is my blood sister
- Sponsors notorized Affidavit of sponsorship Sponsors birth certificate, old pictures, old/dated whatsapp messages Notarized Affidavit of relationship Recent family pictures Letter of sponsorship from sponsor Family tree Sponsors marriage and change of name certificate/Affidavit Bank statements Sponsors Assets Wow 27th August wonderful, started mine 1st June and now I'm scared because my medicals hasn't still been updated and everything is close. Dropping webforms and mails hopefully they attend to it |

GodswillBeDone: Have you sent them mails and webforms? Send multiple times please and send to London, Lagos, Abuja, Beijing, New York as well, including Nairobi. Include the details of your medicals (UMI, EDE etc.) on your medical information sheet in the body of the enquiry and email you send to them Yeah I did and also attached a copy of the medical sheet.. for some reason I sent out a Web form around August to the lagos office about an update on my passport it was the office in Nairobi that messaged me later about it |
