Perhaps you dont understand my previous reply to Kimbeast. The four goals conceded to Arsenal could be attributed to a bad day, which can happen to any team. However, if we remove that bad day from the equation and observe their overall performance in the remaining matches, they conceded a total of 6 goals in 5 matches.

Comparatively, the defending champions' goal tally stands at 7 goals conceded in 6 matches, while giants like Real Madrid also conceded 7 goals in 6 matches. This prompts the question: Is it fair to label Madrid and Manchester City as teams from a poor league too if they can concede 7 goals each in 6 matches while PSV conceded 6 goals in 5 matches?
