Guys, just to be sure, are suppose to see our account numbers on our online profiles? Cos I can't see mine on my profile (only some little stars).

When were you hired? If your employer has filled any time sheet for you he\she must have filled your account number and that place of account number on your profile will show your account number. The last four digits though.

Its like they haven't paid Benin interns but verify from your empoyer if he filled and submitted your time sheet. And this time sheet issue in Benin is kind of different from other states.

I thought it was only your employer through his sure-p profile while filling your time sheet for the first time can fil your account number with the space provided. So how come you can see it on your own or has the platform changed?

For the month of October

@ puntersmind, my time sheet still shows the zero working days after all efforts by muy empoyer to revert it to 23 days. And my employer is saying he can't find the submit button that he can only see save time sheet. Please is there something wrong?

I made a terrible mistake at the fair, due to the long duration of the interview and d rush to open an Account me and the other guy that was matched with the firm forgot to get the contact info of the firm.
I plan on going in search of the firm on monday.

Hi. Thnks for your suggestions.
Actually the form states that you (intern) scan and send the docs to operations@gisurep.gov.ng and that was what I did. What my employer is supposed to do is accepted me on her account and submit my timesheet for the first month with account details (which she did) and the sure-p site reflected that they were in order.

But something went wrong and that is the reason for the delay

However I got a mail from them this morning asking me to send the complaints through my employer to the finance department.

I'm keeping my fingers cross and trying to stay on my employer's neck to get the mail sent today.

And I am trusting to get paid for the four months (June - September) this week

I will keep everyone everyone posted and when it is solved I will share the email address with people that my encounter the same problem. In fact I promise to document all that I did from day 1 of the problem til it was solved.

authority2006: It is only your employer that can change your status from Pending hire to Hired through the employer Sure-P homepage. You have to tell your employer to login to his Sure P account and click Hire for all his interns. He should also mark all days of the month of September for you guys through his own homepage of Sure-P account (whenever the Timesheet is sent to his home page of Sure-P account). And type in at least two achievement/accomplishment for each of the interns in the month of September (in the space provided below the the Time Sheet). He will do that for each of the intern and save it one after the other, and send them all at once. And for the first time, he will supply your Bank Account to Sure-P through his own homepage (he will do that only once). Your employer should know all these.

Maybe your account is yet to be processed so maybe you should exercise a little patience or visit the UBA bank branch you submitted your account opening form to.
