Can he still do the change of course or he shouldn't

Lilly001: U.I Admission cutoff marks are basically on Merit..Nothing lyk ELDS and Locality. UI use dat for shortlisting. And since they dnt shortlist..If the cutoff for MBBS is 99..den 99 is d general cutoff for evri MBBS aspirant, Osun Ebonyi Borno Sokoto. #Hope una grab?.

If U.I no gree release ur admissiom List, You wil surely see it on jamb site b4 Oct31.
