Hello house, thanks for this insightful post. Not sure if there's any specialist to help.

Lately about a month ago, I began to have this lower back pain at my left side body coupled around my waist. well, I googled and I found out the possible cause which could be either kidney infection or kidney Stone. I proceeded to my school clinic (undergraduate students) , where the doc requested for a urinalysis, blood test and one other test which I barely remember the term.
Afterwards, the results were all negative; no symptoms of kidney stone/infection. she however, proceeded to referring me to another Specialist clinic for Abdomino pelvic Scan; The result was also negative. The scan report was stated as, I quote

"The right kidney is normal in shape (RT- 10.5cm x 5.09cm x 7.10cm) while the left kidney is mildly enlarged (LT - 11.87cm x 6.84cm x 6.85cm). Both kidneys are however normal in shape, position, outline and echopattern with good cortico-medullary differentiation. The pelvi-calyceal systems are no dilated. No renal Cyst, mass or calculus is seen".

That was the report. Doctor assured me nothing is wrong and recommended that whenever I feel pain, I should take pain relief medicine.
Note- The diagnosis covers-
Liver
kidney
gall bladder
Git
Urinary bladder.
(which were all Negative Reports)

Afterwards, I decided to go for another urinanlysis elsewhere, in a laboratory Result interpreted by the doctor was still negative.

Puss cells - pale and amber
Blood- Negative
Bilirubin- negative
urobilinogen- normal
ketone- negative
glucose- negative
protein- negative
nitrite- negative
leucocytes- negative
pH -7.0
specific gravity- 1.010

That was my Urinanalysis result else where, outside the school clinic.

Well, to consolidate the negative confirmation of this report, I probably need a final check up to reassure me that all is well. Aside from Abdominal pelvic diagnosis and Urinanalysis which I did, what else is recommended? Is there also a need for a routine check up like the aforementioned?

Please, doctors in the house should help. can't afford to gamble this. I need to be 100% sure. What's your suggestion(s) please?

lol. God really helped that guy. He narrowly escaped the fury of those freshmen...I was in shock when i saw a white snail shell in his pocket; i took to my heels afterward . I despise the Nigerian Judicial system with all my heart. Such victims deserves apt counselling and psychological supports. It baffles me and makes me wonder how the judge gave out that verdict; so unprofessional and archaic.

What's the point of rescuing the woman if she'll eventually be charged to court? After everything, she'd still go back to square one thinking on how to offset her debts. Nonsense!

Nigerians and there quick to judge syndrome probably, just because she's a Lady. I choose to be neutral cause this news isn't complete yet!

is it when. U eat fatty meals u feel dizzy? How old are u? Are u a female?

Not really fatty meals. I sometimes eat light foods such as rice, spag, bread & tea and at times, EBA, fufu etc. Whenever I eat those, I feel dizzy within 10-20mins of eating. I would be 22 by April and am a guy.

Never forget, that my stool is usual hard and my bowel habit is like once in 2-3days. All these symptoms works interchangebly ...

For a while now, I've been experiencing difficulty in stoling, however, I've been advised by a couple of friends to take sufficient water. I practically did that, but somehow, i experience a mild stress when stoling, although not as before. Subsequently, i realized that whenever i eat breakfast or launch, i feel dizzy; i sometime sleep off. Not sure what the problem is, i but i seek your professional suggestion(s) as regards to this. Meanwhile, i've no track records of health problems. Thanks in anticipation!!

Please, someone out there should dedicate 2hrs of his/her time to wach this Indian movie titled- PK(drunkard). In that movie aforementioned, Certain dubious religious intricacies & mysteries were addressed (irrespective of denominations and faith).

I'm not an ardent religious follower, but a free thinker. So far, at age (20); I've quiet being judgemental and overtly sacrosanct towards other people's religion & faith.

Of course, over 80% of us are Muslims & Christians because of our essential family background & society at Large. Just a few exception of people, deviate because of certain circumstances which make up the remaining 20%....

Pk, replicates the real actuality of religion and its schemes. It could change your religious belief, but let faith conquer it all. Thanks
