By the grace of God, I've been an intercessor this year, I hope to intercede more next year, so help me God, for Jesus' sake. Amen. |
FOLLOW-UP POST: A NECESSARY BALANCE Let’s be clear and fair. This is not an attack on pastors. This is not a rejection of spiritual authority. This is not a call to rebellion or church-hopping. 📖 “And He gave some… pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints.” — Ephesians 4:11–12 God truly calls, anoints, and uses pastors. Many are sincere, sacrificial, and faithful servants of Christ. But Scripture also teaches that: 📖 “From among your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things.” — Acts 20:30 So the solution is not suspicion—it is discernment. Not disrespect—but biblical alignment. Not blind trust—but tested faith. Healthy churches: Point people to Christ, not themselves Encourage Scripture reading and questions Lead by example, not fear Produce mature believers, not dependent followers 📖 “Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.” — 1 Corinthians 11:1 The standard is Christ. Always Christ. If a message stirred discomfort, pause and pray. Ask: 👉 Is this drawing me closer to Jesus or deeper into fear? 👉 Does this produce love, truth, and freedom? Wisdom walks the narrow road—between rebellion and blind submission. Grace to pastors. Grace to believers. And above all, glory to Christ, the Chief Shepherd (1 Peter 5:4). Selah. |
THREAD: DISCERNING THE JEZEBEL SPIRIT — A SCRIPTURAL PERSPECTIVE 📖 “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God.” — 1 John 4:1 The Bible warns us that not every spiritual authority operates by the Spirit of God. Discernment is not rebellion; it is obedience. In Revelation 2:20, Jesus rebukes the church in Thyatira for tolerating Jezebel—a spirit that teaches, seduces, and leads God’s people into deception. Notice: this was inside the church, not outside it. Jezebel in Scripture is marked by: Control (1 Kings 21:7–15) Manipulation through authority Silencing prophetic voices (1 Kings 18:4, 19:2) Mixture of truth and error Fast forward to today. The methods may look more polished, but the fruit is the same. 📖 “They bind heavy burdens… and lay them on men’s shoulders.” — Matthew 23:4 When spiritual leaders: Demand unquestioning loyalty Replace Christ-centered teaching with personality worship Use fear, curses, or threats to keep members in line Discourage personal Bible study or critical thinking That is not biblical submission. That is spiritual domination. 📖 “Not that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy.” — 2 Corinthians 1:24 True shepherds serve, not control. True authority liberates, not intimidates. The Holy Spirit convicts, He does not coerce (John 16: .📖 “You shall know them by their fruits.” — Matthew 7:16 Fear, confusion, and dependency are not fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23). 📖 “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” — 2 Corinthians 3:17 Test everything. Hold fast to Christ. Let Scripture—not charisma—be your compass. |
THE JEZEBEL SPIRIT IN MODERN CHURCHES (READ THIS SLOWLY) Not every “man of God” speaking loudly is speaking for God. Not every church with miracles is free from manipulation. The Jezebel spirit didn’t retire in the Old Testament. It just changed outfits—now it wears suits, titles, pulpits, and spiritual language. This spirit controls, dominates, manipulates, and silences—not through open witchcraft, but through emotional pressure, fear, and false loyalty. It thrives where questioning is forbidden and obedience to a pastor is treated as obedience to God. Watch the patterns: Members are discouraged from thinking independently Fear replaces love (“If you leave, your life will collapse”) Loyalty to a man outweighs loyalty to Christ Scripture is selectively used to control, not to heal Guilt is weaponized; discernment is labeled rebellion That is not shepherding. That is spiritual control. Jesus never manipulated. The Holy Spirit never coerces. Truth never needs intimidation to stand. If a church controls your mind, choices, and relationships while calling it “submission,” something is off. God leads by light, not by chains. The Church belongs to Christ—not to personalities, not to empires, not to ego. Test every spirit. Read your Bible. Follow Jesus—not fear. “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” (2 Corinthians 3:17) Selah. |
Thank God my own December is clean, by the Blood of Jesus. |
Deuteronomy 18:15 – “The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken.” Deuteronomy 18:18 – “I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.” The phrase “like unto me” is the controlling clause. Everything below flows from that. Direct Similarities Between Moses and Jesus 1. Both Were Chosen and Sent Directly by God Moses: “I will send thee unto Pharaoh” (Exodus 3:10). Jesus: “As the Father hath sent me” (John 20:21). Neither self-appointed. Both divinely commissioned. 2. Both Came From Among Their Brethren Moses: A Hebrew, not an Egyptian. Jesus: A Jew, from the tribe of Judah. Deuteronomy insists the Prophet would not be foreign—this rules out impostors. 3. Both Were Mediators Between God and the People Moses: Stood between God and Israel at Sinai (Exodus 19–20). Jesus: “One mediator between God and men” (1 Timothy 2:5). Moses mediated the Old Covenant; Jesus mediates the New Covenant. 4. Both Spoke the Very Words of God Moses: “Thus saith the LORD.” Jesus: “The words that I speak unto you, I speak not of myself” (John 14:10). Deuteronomy 18:18 explicitly says God would put His words in the Prophet’s mouth. 5. Both Performed Mighty Signs and Wonders Moses: Plagues, Red Sea, manna, water from the rock. Jesus: Healings, exorcisms, nature obeying Him, resurrection. Both authenticated by power—not rhetoric alone. 6. Both Delivered God’s People From Bondage Moses: Delivered Israel from physical slavery in Egypt. Jesus: Delivers humanity from spiritual slavery to sin and death. Moses freed bodies; Jesus frees souls. 7. Both Were Initially Rejected by Their Own People Moses: “Who made thee a ruler and a judge over us?” (Exodus 2:14). Jesus: “He came unto his own, and his own received him not” (John 1:11). Rejection is part of the prophetic pattern. 8. Both Were Threatened With Death in Infancy Moses: Pharaoh ordered Hebrew male babies killed. Jesus: Herod ordered the massacre of infants in Bethlehem. Satan always targets deliverers early. 9. Both Were Law-Givers / Covenant Founders Moses: Received the Law on Mount Sinai. Jesus: Established the New Covenant and gave the Law’s fulfillment (Matthew 5–7). Moses gave the letter; Jesus gave the Spirit. 10. Both Had Unique, Intimate Access to God Moses: Spoke with God “face to face” (Exodus 33:11). Jesus: “No man hath seen God… the only begotten Son… hath declared him” (John 1:18). Jesus exceeds Moses—but fulfills the same role. 11. Both Interceded for the People Moses: Pleaded for Israel when God was angry (Exodus 32). Jesus: Intercedes eternally for believers (Hebrews 7:25). Moses prayed temporally; Jesus intercedes eternally. 12. Both Required Obedience From the People Moses: Obedience brought life; disobedience brought judgment. Jesus: “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” Deuteronomy 18 is explicit: “Unto him ye shall hearken.” 13. Both Spoke With Authority, Not Tradition Moses: “The LORD commanded…” Jesus: “But I say unto you…” Same authority source; higher clarity in Christ. 14. Both Were Prophets, Priests, and Leaders Moses functioned as prophet, priestly intercessor, and national leader. Jesus fulfills all three offices perfectly: Prophet, Priest, King. Jesus is Moses’ role—completed and glorified. The Ultimate Difference (and Why It Matters) Moses was like Jesus, but Jesus is greater than Moses. “For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses” (Hebrews 3:3). Moses points forward. Jesus is the destination.

We are utterly unable to save ourselves. We are fully dependent on God’s mercy. And in Christ, we are forgiven, reconciled, and made new. “ And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.”(Luke 18:9-14). Amen.

CHRIST COMMANDED US TO ALWAYS FIND OUT THE TRUTH ABOUT PEOPLE'S SUPPOSED ACTION AND NOT BLINDLY JUMPING INTO BIAS CONCLUSIONS. Only when we obey Christ on this matter will our ‘inference’ be valid on earth and in heaven. Amen. “ Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.”(Matthew 18:15-17). Amen.

At Calvary, when Christ on the Cross said, “it is finished”, He meant exactly what He said. All the sacrifices of the law, finished. The bondage of the fear of death, finished. The bondage of sin, finished. The affliction of sicknesses, finished. Every satanic captivity, finished. Captivity to man and elements, finished. Captivity to self, finished. Hand writing of ordinances which was contrary to us, finished. Dominion of principalities and powers, finished. Whatever it is that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, finished. “ When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.”(John 19:30). “ Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.”(Colossians 2:8-19). Amen. |
It's both interesting and instructive how closely the early Church followed the Holy Spirit rather than just taking decisions out of their own mind. In Acts 13, the Holy Spirit literally spoke to the Church at Antioch. In Acts 8, He literally spoke to Philip and later transported him Himself😎. In Act 10, He literally spoke to Peter. And in 1 Timothy 4, the Holy Spirit spoke expressly. |

What's the difference between boxers and gladiators? The world should just end this cruel ‘game’. |
Many not mentioned here are guilty of misleading people, extortion, emotional abuse and slander. The police should do something about it. Thanks. |
Some persons are their own problem. They don't have any so great enemy like their own self. Their tongue is their handcuff that has imprisoned them for decades, yet they give an illusion of having ‘many enemies ’; their own tongue is their own worst enemy. They curse their own self. They talk carelessly. Woe unto them for their tongue is their doom: “ For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned. ”(Matthew 12:37). “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”(Proverbs 18:21). Maintain a consistent tongue. “... bless, and curse not.”(Romans 12:14). It will not work to have a double tongue(partially blessing, partially cursing). No. Once one chooses to do evil with their tongue(to speak negativity), except they repent, their tongue becomes dedicated to the devil, and will only be a curse! “ Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter? Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh. ”(James 3:10-12). If your tongue will be a blessing and not a curse to your generation, then you must bless consistently (100%) and never curse. Amen. |
Yet we keep importing finished goods instead of investing in manufacturing. We really are a foolish people. |

“ And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death.”(Exodus 21:16). |
When we talk of the old testament and the new testament, we shouldn't really be referring to the Book, but to the old covenant (of animal sacrifice) and the new covenant (Jesus the Lamb of God). As for the Bible, it's just one Book, and Christ made it clear that He has not come to render obsolete the Law and the prophets, but to fulfill. He came to fulfill the sacrificial law too; the ceremonial is on course. “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.”(Matthew 5:17,18). Amen. |
