African Alliance company PLC has refused to pay me and many others their insured money, months and years after maturity.
THEY HID UNDER THE CLOAK OF ISLAM, WITH THEIR FRAUDULENT TAKAFUL SAVINGS PLAN TO DEFRAUD PEOPLE.
I have written several emails to them without a single response.
I have been to their office at Ikoyi last month to warn them and that my return won't be good...

I HAVE WRITTEN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AND REPORT TO THE USELESS NIACOM THAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE INSURANCE COMPANY POLICE TO PUT THEM TO CHECK, BUT THE USELESS NIACOM IS NOT EVEN RESPONDING.
I THINK AFRICAN ALLIANCE INSURANCE COULD HAVE BRIBED THEM...

Please I want suggestions from people who have had similar experiences with these evil and criminal insurance companies and how they were able to retrieve their money.

i dont exonerate anybody, if you check carefully, you will see that i go DEFCON ONE on these NL fraudsters, but when you guys are willingly sending these total strangers your money, you have to question "your" state of mind. how desperate were you? how many other fraudsters would have gladly taken your money, since you are that clueless?

here is a simple clue: unless that person is right in front of you AND ready to either transfer the money to your account that same instant (or give you cash), DO NOT SEND MONEY TO ONLINE TOTAL STRANGERS!!!

Hello guys!

I need your advise.

I lost my Dad some months ago (Mum is late as well) and inherited the family house as the first child while my siblings inherited other properties (all in Lagos)

My immediate brothers are based abroad while the last born that stays in family house alone just informed me he considering UK Masters JAPA route. He's definitely leaving this September.

My main problem now is; how do I dispose off the household items? My initial long term plan is actually to travel down to Lagos (I work in another state) while on annual leave, list the household items online, remodel the Duplex into flats and rent them out.

Unfortunately, I cannot do that as I have exhausted my annual leave days for 2023. His decision to JAPA came abrupt else I would have planned myself.

Are there companies that handle sales of household stuffs in Lagos for people not physically present? I'm scared of being duped.

Another challenge is the house itself, how do I keep the house/compound busy? I've committed my resources to some on-going projects and so don't have spare cash for the house remodelling this year.

Is it wise to put a house under locks from September 2023 till January/February 2024 when i can take another vacation? I'm just confused.
