Jodera: Having most players in PFA and 2nd most players in Balon dor is a very admirable feat.
When it's one or two players nominated, it might be individual quality of the player shining through, but when it more than 3 on both situations, that tells you more on how far a team have come.
I'm so glad for this team and how those dark days of wailing and gnashing of teeth is behind us.
Long may it continue
Na just Correct trophy remain to crown all our efforts. To think we never win trophy o. Make the trophies start coming in first. I wan see something |

I am not gonna speak about kvaradona’s contribution to napoli’s title winning season because if I do, you lots will scream, ”you’re mocking your own”..”..This is so low, man..”
But we all know who carried who.
To be continued….. At least now, we know where you belong. While you're right to condemn that decision by Osimhen to go live and insult Finidi, what you typed here has finally revealed your original intention. Congratulations on signing for Kom FC |

Jodera: If he's been playing/training with the team for long and he's matured in his play, then I he should start or come in as sub. Nld might be too big for him but all these other clubs can work since experience and quality would surround him. It'll help him settle faster
I just feel that if we're waiting for that perfect time for him, we fit no see am Yea but not against Spurs abeg. And if he is starting, the whole team must be stable. |

Jodera: I read it was a mistake from Gabu. They both competed for aerial ball and Merino fell down while Gabu also fell down and landed on his hands. All those kind mistake injury that wasn't reckless.
Yeah, I think the speed from Partey have drastically reduced. He still got all other aspects of his game except Speed and perhaps his physicality Yea.. but Gabu trains as if he is playing a match according to his teammates. Merino even tried to play on for some minutes. If na speed reduce, e for better. His awareness and match reading has also regressed. |

Jodera: Lol.. @ 115. Shebi na Sept their Saga deh end. Let it end let us see road small
But honestly the two points pain me. It's just like using one of your lifelines in question 2 of "who wants to be a millionaire". E pain me but we move sha.
Hopefully we garner more great points across the first half of this season and stop unnecessary dropping of cheap points
When do you think we fit put Nwaneri. This one when people dey talk say Odegaard fit no play yet Nwaneri name no even pop up among options sef.. TBH, I'm not expecting anything tangible from that case. As for Nwaneri, I feel he needs a few cameo appearances before talking of starting him. Why I didn't mention him is because bringing him directly to replace Odegaard (he will be fit anyway) against Spurs will put too much responsibilities and pressure on him. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by mostob(m): 6:21pm On Sep 03, 2024 |
Jodera: Merino injury was frustrating. I come deh wish why we no even complete him transfer on deadline day sef. Maybe him for still dey. Two months too much.
I also hope Partey just get himself back again. Old age don dey come and it pains me we no fully enjoy this guy Gabu needs to be calming down. That injury was avoidable. It shouldn't be up to two months sha. Partey still has it technically but defensively, he has regressed. |

Jodera: Hopefully they do oo.
This int'l break I think it's for Nations and WC qualifiers. I doubt Ghana would have agreed to it. Na for dem Timber we for try raise story
The hope is for all to come back fit and stronger Sha. We've not really clicked well this season, though we're strong defensively, I hope we click after the intl break We have been giving away a lot of chances since the start of this season probably due to Partey not doing his defensive job properly. We just needed Rice to go back to 6 while Merino take his LM position but Gabi had another plan. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by mostob(m): 5:59pm On Sep 03, 2024 |
Jodera: That's the hope and I know he and the players now know that's what is expected of them. For Arteta to say we need 114points to win league, he now knows that's the standard the boards are expecting of him and his players..
So we go deh watch.
If we can combine the performance of First half of two seasons ago and the performance of the second half of last season, then I believe we win it. We've dropped two points now, so na only three points remain(for this first half of season)
Na how personally I deh look am We don't even know if 114 points will be enough as City has 115 already. That two points we lost really pain me eh but we move. Season still long sha. Unfortunately, they cancelled mid-season break already, I for say make dem go Dubai in December to refresh. |

BlueRayDick: If we stop him, Ghana can take action against us with FIFA I know. I'm not disputing that but we can bring up a story at least. We can even dialogue with the Ghana FA. We already lost Merino and Rice to injury and suspension respectively. |

Jodera: You mean why we didn't let Partey leave? Allowing Partey to go for break is somehow scary. I just hope his minutes will be limited. Pep don do magic and Foden has withdrawn from England squad. According to Pep, he is 'sick'. Timber was substituted because of cramp last match and he arrived Netherlands camp with his brother today. Someone we have been monitoring since o. Hopefully, they all come back fit. |

Fkforyou: If Odegaard isn’t available, we could try playing Saka in that role why Sterling plays the right wing.
It would be nice exploring that option. It’s also an opportunity to improve on Sakas quality. Saka in midfield? No please. BTW, both Timber and Odegaard will be back for the Spurs game. We should be worried about Partey instead. I don't know why we just let him go just like that. |

Jodera: J. Pedro kicked his own when ball was totally out of play. If he did that on the pitch, then it's a pure yellow card. No foul/offence for ever kicking ball when it's out of play. Kicked it back to the pitch. We can argue that his action stopped us from taking a quick throw-in now. |

Maybe e get wetin dem see spiritually wey no clear. You hit ball in his leg. Was VAR in that match at all? Even without touching the ball, that free kick would not have stood because the ball was still rolling. And then, why was Joao Pedro not penalised for the same offence? |
