Issorait.

We need an emergency to Odegaard absence ASAP
We should be fine if Arteta doesn't fumble.
BTW, just read that Partey has never played 4 consecutive matches for us starting from GW1.
Don't know how true it is but man is about breaking that record.

Defence ke? When timber, Calafiori and Kiwior dey. Tomi and Tierney may soon be back sef. I don't see Zinchenko playing LB for us anytime soon.

Injuries wan mean us this int'l break grin grin
Ake sef was stretchered out yesterday.

I don't think we should have any issue regarding the match against Spurs though. Their tactic is very vulnerable due to the high line they play. We just need to have runners behind. Zinchenko wouldn't have much to do defensively so he should be able to give us something attack-wise.

I just pray they turn up o including our midfielders and defenders. Our fierce rival is too ruthless for us to give room for complacency and depend on hope. Liverpool had to do 99 points to be sure the bald headed monster don’t deny them the EPL title again.

The doctor of the Norwegian National Team to @vgsporten about Martin Ødegaard’s injury:

- Injuries like this takes minimum 3 weeks. Everything else is bonus. And it can take longer time

- Both Ståle (the national coach) and I know that next national games (10th of October) he will be very doubtful.

- They are investigating the MR now. There is probably no breach in his foot.

- Ancle- injuries are very painful straight away. Martin had extreme pain. He was very worried #ArsenalFanaticsNews

⚫🟢🔴Arsenal being forced by the Premier League and PGMOL to play in the black away kit on Sunday at Spurs.

Arsenal wanted to play in red but the kit was deemed to ‘feature too much white’ so there were fears it would clash with Spurs’ kit.

The difference between Fisayo and Iwobi is that the latter is somewhat cautious. Also, Fisayo uses his physicality so we'll.

2. Why pushing the captain when he merely wants to protect his teammate?

I think fifa pays clubs that there player gets injured during IB. Injuries can happen anytime and to anyone regardless of when and where they're playing. If they scrap IB how we go take watch world cup and other national matches when the season is off?.
Maybe not scrap it totally but at least modify the qualification format to reduce the number of matches. They already have Euro qualification matches but still added Nation's league. More tourney, more matches. Ok, what happen to playoff format? It can even be something like a 21-day mid-season break where these international matches will be played. Clubs are always at the receiving end. I won't be surprised when clubs stop releasing players to protect their interests.

But that Mikel Merino injury no try at all.

I also have a reservation about letting Viera join Porto on loan; I feel it is not a well thought out plan at all. Viera is like the only natural player that can play that AM role in the absence of Odegaard, and we just let him go without an obvious deputy.

I believe if Arteta set his mind on giving Viera at least 10-15 minutes action every weekend when Odegaard is subbed off and gives him starting shirt in cup games, it would've helped Viera and also helped the club at this point.

If Odegaard's injury is long-term , it will not be funny at all.
Vieira was the one who asked to leave.

charlesemeka85:
Baba u sabi watch ball. Bashiru’s focus was to attack when he was suppose to sit deep to help in protecting the midfield and defense against the opponent who were pushing for an equalizer

That was the main reason Ndidi gassed easily and was complaining which made AE to instruct Bashiru to drop deeper

Even I faulted AE for bringing in Bashiru instead of an Onyeka when the team was trying to defend a lead. We all didn’t notice that error because the team won comfortably

Bashiru is an all attacking midfielder and the best would have been maybe to push him to the flanks yesterday if we lacked better personnels in that area of the pitch or on the bench.

Iwobi is more tidy with the ball and understands that CM role than Bashiru.
Thank you. Ndidi became isolated when Iwobi was substituted. Even Frank the tank may not be able to cope alone in midfield.

Bashiru? When Bashiru enter? How many minutes did Bashiru and Ndidi play together before Ndidi was subbed off? I'm not sure they even played up to 10 minutes together before Ndidi called to be subbed. Bashiru had nothing to do with Ndidi's exhaustion.
Bashiru came in at the 63rd minute and Ndidi left the pitch at the 80th minute.

My full respect to Frank the Tank. That guy is an untamed horse.

Why do I say this? See ehn, you guys saw Ndidi panting yesterday calling to be subbed but this was the role and burden Frank carried stoutly throughout AFCON without gassing out.

I hail Ndidi but shout out to Frank the armoured Tank.
I disagree please. You tend to expend less energy when you're sitting deep. Yesterday, Bashiru ventured forward too often (especially to the RW) leaving Ndidi to hold the middle on his own. Something Iwobi rarely do.

Football in Africa is colourful. I was not really invested prior to the match yesterday until the game started.
I think the fans really contribute to this ambience. The drummers, the singers, and the colourful outfits. Just look at the spectators.
In EPL eh, everywhere go just black.

Calafiori to leave Italy's camp due to injury. He will be back at Arsenal in order to be assessed ahead of the derby.

International break should be scrapped TBH. I'm not saying this as an Arsenal fan but as a football fan.

Jose Peseiro will ask for pull over, he will receive Ayra Star's mini skirt and top. To think man played an injured Zaidu against CIV in that final and kept a fit Bruno on the bench.

What a nice performance today! 3 beautiful goals.

Now Rohr can go and drunk water and rest.
I always have this opinion that all the Rohr's media antics are to prove the NFF wrong for sacking him. I won't be surprised if man has been secretly celebrating every time SE loses a match.

Having most players in PFA and 2nd most players in Balon dor is a very admirable feat.

When it's one or two players nominated, it might be individual quality of the player shining through, but when it more than 3 on both situations, that tells you more on how far a team have come.

I'm so glad for this team and how those dark days of wailing and gnashing of teeth is behind us.

Long may it continue

Na just Correct trophy remain to crown all our efforts.
