Jodera: We're still at advantage except Liverpool start going on a crazy run of goalscoring consistently which I don't see happening.
We just need to keep winning now that's all. Even if They'd lost ystdy, we still needed to keep winning cos whether any draw or loss, then it'll be out of our hands. Thank God the three of us still dey European competition. City's squad has depleted sha... I saw their bench on Saturday and I was kinda surprised. |

Like I con dey pity am like a man whose wife is about to enter labour room. Man was just bending and bending asking Gabriel if he is fine. The 'bromance' between them eh. Think about Gabriel's reaction too when he was asked about Saliba's injury last season. |

Lush100: .
Departures
Partey,Cedric, ESR, Nketiah, Elneny.Ramsdale Depending on bid...Nelson, Lokonga Depending on negotiation; Jorginho .
Arteta won't sell GJ or Zinny Unless very good bid.
The race for title is still open.
We aren't in advantage until our rivals have another slip.
Goal difference is not an.advantage yet. Points are.
Our major match will be Tottenham and to a lesser extent Man U.
Aston villa and Chelsea both have important games before our. We have 4 days of rest. Aston villa have 2 days of rest. Chelsea play FA cup with Mancity before our game. Tottenham and wolves pur major games.
Liverpool have 3 straight away games though. Fulham, West ham and Aston villa I think (they have long rest for this)[/b] Bro... the bolded just shoot up my morale. You must have been doing a lot of permutations with the fixtures o. And you're right, Spurs game is a big decider especially as they would be playing City and Liverpool back to back. As for transfers, I didn't specifically states that both Zinny and Jesus will leave in the summer. I said 'coming windows'. With Timber as the first choice LB next season, Zinny's game time will be greatly reduced. Although Arteta might decide to move him to midfield. Jesus'injury issues is also part of why I think he might not stay long at Arsenal. |

Shegzdave: Why is Jesus and Zinchenko par of the possible departures?? I don't think they would want to sit on the bench. With Timber back, Zinchenko's time will reduce. And if we sign another forward, Jesus won't get enough game time. |

Jodera: The bolded is true. Hopefully we'll be able to get good sums. We don really suffer for that aspect.
As for our incoming transfer, I no deh put mind again. Arteta fit just go buy another person wey we no really need him position sef. Na watch I go just dey observe As for incoming transfer, Arteta is free to do whatever he wishes abeg. We have all doubted his recent signings only to end up swallowing Ls. Let him do whatever he likes abeg. We will have a lot of departures in the coming windows. Partey, Jorginho, Pensioner, Ramsdale, Zinchenko, Nketiah, Jesus, Nelson, Elneny and others. So if Arteta should sign someone who we all deemed surplus to requirement, I'll take it that he is preparing for the future. |

I don't think he'll want to use GJ and Trossard there again, plus Nketiah will be moved on
Let's wait and see sha Probably a second grade striker... Jesus will either leave or move to the wing. One area we have improved is in the transfer dealing. Most of our players that will be in the transfer market in the next two windows will definitely command good money because they're definitely not fringe players. Before eh, we're always at a disadvantage. |

Jodera: Kiwior didn't play on Wednesday, yet his other back 3 teammates played. He didn't even come as a sub. I took it as Arteta giving him a rest.
Against Brighton, he didn't start again, neither did he come on as a sub.
One thing I know is that Arteta takes match fitness seriously so it's surprising to see Kiwior not Play any of these two games when Fit.
So, I'm thinking, Are you sure Arteta won't start Zinny against Bayern? Or am I overthinking it?? It might be a little injury. like a little knock maybe. I don't think Zinny will start. We need to get used to the fact that Zinny's time on the bench will keep increasing with the 4-2-4 we're using now. Tomiyasu might likely start. |

Fkforyou: I agree.
I would nominate him in a heartbeat for Arsenal player of the Season. Man’s a joy to watch.
Pure and proper defender he is. You see that block celebration, it shows he has target to achieve, which is to concede less goal/clean sheet. That’s a leader right there.
Na why sometimes, I for like knock Zichenko for head with his nonstop lapse in concentration. It’s like sometimes he forgets to defend, putting Gabby and others into undue pressure.
Big Gabby is na Agba baller Abeg! I'm just glad we have him. If Zinchenko is not leaving anytime soon, we might just move him to midfield especially as we're now using double pivot. Infact, he will be benched when Timber is fully fit. |

daveP: I tell you. Many of the big scorers don't have defensive duties atall. Plus most of them, except Haaland, are fast and superb on counter. If guy just dey high, omo!!! Defenders go hearam. 1. Not all teams play the same pattern. 2. All the 'big scorers' as well as Saka have different skillsets and attributes. Saka is not a wide forward, he is a proper winger. He is quite flexible. And if you want him to have less defensive work, that means we must dominate from the first till the last minute which is quite impossible. |

Nice match...
The biggest moment for me was in the first half. Normally, there are moments during a match when the most 'humanly' thing to do is to clear a dangerous ball. Like, you go shoot am sotey Dem go pick that ball outside the stadium. Surprisingly, Saliba doesn't buy the idea. Man will wait till the marker closes in before sending him to Bariga. Then he would release a very neat pass that the receiver would receive without any stressful effort. Dem no dey call am Roll Royce for fun. |
