It is like Arteta is feeling intimidatd by older players because I don't understand the assembly of kids he is gathering.

A successful team must have a blend of both youth and experience. We have the youth already in ESR,Saka and others. But the experience is found wanting.

My guy is not reliable.
If we're talking about Leno and his stupid mistakes, especially this past season, then think of Onana is his "godfather"
Really? Well, I have never watch enough of him to be able to evaluate him.

Yes..as back up.

Forget about Onana, he is not coming.

Yann Sommer.
That wan na real good veteran keeper. Knew him way back wen he was in Basel even when salah was there.

You know they say "goalkeepers age like wine" grin
He's a good goalkeeper tho, I've forgotten the club he plays for presently.
Very very good. He now plays for Borussia Mönchengladbach. He is now 33 years.

Na the kind old players arsenal should be buying be this...if at all we need a veteran. The likes of Willian na low key corporate'yahooing' grin

Alaba is playing as a left back today. Maybe to counter Yarmolenko.

Actually Siasia could have been the perfect assistant to Rohr. In fact Nigerian football badly needs Siasia. He is good at youth football and he can handle our chan teams. He could have qualified us for the Olympics and chan if he was the coach. He could have succeeded where Amakpabo failed
Siasia, assistant coach? You think he will accept that role?

Reason why I said Southgate is one of the most dumbest coach. But let's look at facts.

Saka is a winger, so the position he's fighting with includes Rashford, sterling, Sancho, grealish, and I'm sure he's the least amongst those 4 in pecking order(at least according to Southgate)
If it's left back, chilwell and Shaw are also both above him in pecking order too.
So even if Southgate head correct and he starts putting right players at their proper positions, Saka might still not see shirt or minutes

Ordinarily, if I'm Southgate, Mount won't play my Am role(may be cm) cos I'll give that to saka or any of foden or grealish but we all know he (Southgate) is not tactical enough to think such

Well, I just know that as he's invited, he'll hardly see minutes, same as Calvert Lewin.
You're right. The coach is just not tactically astute enough to shake thins up.

Well... Even tho they have one of the most dumbest coach, I honestly don't see him seeing much minutes in this euros. So many people are sure ahead of him in the pecking order.
It is not even about pecking order. His line up is always disjointed. For example, Sterling and Foden are not used to playing with a proper striker, I think this is why Kane is finding it difficult to score. A team comprising of Sancho,Kane, Grealish shouldn't find it difficult to score goals. Saka is everything he needs in a winger. Good crosses, dribbling and defensive awareness.

They never played in the same club but played junior teams of Spain until the National team.

Also, I think Koke disrupted the balance but he also played for the junior teams of Spain with them.

I don't know what happened to Spain. Isco and Thiago were the new Xavi and Iniesta. They were brilliant individually for their clubs winning loads of titles but they never clicked together, even though they literally grew up together playing through the youth ranks for the National team.
I think it has to do with understanding and partnership. Remember both Xavi and Iniesta played together at Barcelona for several years, this must have been the reason they both clicked together in the national team. Correct me if I'm wrong sir but Thiago and Isco have never played for same club before.

The police are investigating the Osimhen deal as there seems to be some backhanded dealings in the transfer payment, it seems Gerald Lopez (former Lille owner) transferred the money to himself instead of the club

While watching, I was nah Lakaku dey run like this sohuh With his bulky build, you will forgive one for doubting , if he can run at first sight,

He use his body to great use too,

Those goals where written all over him
So impressive. African footballers should choose him as a perfect example and role model. A bulky body doesn't mean you can't be technical and fast.
