As old as you are and with your knowledge of football , you expect your team to play plenty matches before they win. If we win all our matches irrespective of whether covid or Ebola dey, na crime? Stop making silly excuse. |

Has a coach ever got red carded because he was shouting instruction from the touchline?
Somebody needs to sit down and watch how Pep, Simeon and Arteta choreograph and freestyle from the touchline. |

smartsmith0907: Where are the dummies shouting aina ahead of apkoguma...hope y'all see his poor aerial duels...whatever rohr actions might be ...it for the development and the good of the team. dummies? That is a strong word. And if it is by aerial threat, awaziem should have started ahead of akpors. Rohr is becoming biased. |

only silver lining from all this nonsense is that at least we have till next year to regroup and we are top of the group.
oh and we finally have a clean sheet in 8 games yeh!

Jodera2: Lol... I always consider all those points before thinking of any one as a cf oo.
Moreover, Arteta should be looking inwards. He has Europa games for that... We should try to be blending all these boys.
That's how we got saka and martinelli wen the going was tough last season. This season that we might be struggling for creativity, who knows, maybe balogun or Moller or somebody else can give us something great Not only Moller. There are other talents too. |

Jodera2: He should be giving him minutes oo I dunno why balogun and nketiah can't tussle it out in that Europa league Exactly. . |

Roland17: From the little I have seen he looks good. He is Swede with a good technique on the ball, strong and a good back to the post player. He does lack pace but good with his feet in finding space. Yea... There were good reports about him. There is Cirjan (spelling) too...A good winger. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by mostob(m): 2:23pm On Nov 17, 2020 |
Jodera2: Yeah, heard the news about moller too.. Well I hope he's good. But what about the balogun guy? BALOGUN is good. Even better than Nketiah (according to reports) . The problem is Arteta isn't giving him minutes, |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by mostob(m): 2:21pm On Nov 17, 2020 |
Jodera2: Here are my reasons
1 he doesn't run into spaces or utilize spaces like their auba and vardy. He is always waiting for ball at his feet.
2.. He is not good physically to tussle it out with defenders. This together with my 2nd statement in number 1 will make it that all ball to him might be 90% of the ball been lost
3... He's not good at interplay. From the wings, I hardly see him do any interplay or 1-2s with our players. Also his dribbling isn't fast enough. Aside his dribbling not fast enough, he isn't so efficient in it either.
4... He's not good at hold up play. For someone who doesn't utilize space as a cf, this suppose to be what a cf should be good at alternatively, together with aerial winning balls. Sadly he's not so good at it.
With these 4 points of mine, you can point out anyone you feel I'm wrong about his limitations. You are right . I didn't even consider all these points. Why I want him in the CF is due to his finishing and the fact that he will be closer to the box. Anyway, if Laca is misfiring, Arteta should look inward. There are good prospects in our academy irrespective of their age. |

sod09: lol I am the guy The truth is i am tired of lacaztte fighting defenders when he could have pass and move along if arteta can allow auba play cf and saka plus pepe/nelson play wing. .it's fine We are on the same page bro. I will even prefer Pepe to laca in cF. BTW, have you heard of our latest sensation? Moller. He has been training with the first team for sometime now. |

chrisooblog: my preferred starting XI for today
Okoye
Awaziem Balogun Ebuehi
Aina Aribo Etebo Iwobi Sanusi
Chukwueze Iheanacho Ebuehi as a CD? Nacho and Chuks pairing won't work. |

Both are not even suited at all sef. Laca is declining massively, nketiah I believe is coming up. No one is that good for the cf spot for now.
My own be say let's switch away from 343 before I'll have any hope sef Yea. .none of them. Auba or Pepe in that CF for me. |

With Partey and El neny unavailable, Arteta should just start Willock and AMN. Leeds are athletic and fit, the only two players that can match them are AMN and Joe. Nelson on the wing won't be bad too. |
