Arteta will just use his own hand to destroy what he has started already.
Willian and Laca are dropping disaster class every game yet you still persist with them.
make dem bring in Balogun, Azeez and Nelson. At least, we will know we are playing kids rather than these agbayas

I was really impressed with his performance yesterday especially how he puts pressure on the opposition defenders and also how he maintained good partnership with Nketiah.

His only issue was his link up play which seems to lack confidence and decisiveness.
Your last paragraph is the main issue. But i am impressed with how he always find the goal whenever and wherever. He could have got an hattrick yesterday but the molde players were being naughty. Another player that caught my attention is Ceballos. I was impressed with the way he was slicing through their midfield particularly in the 2nd half.

I am renowned for being tough and a strong critic of the kid but he played well today. He made his way into dangerous positions inside the box and looked like he could score or cause chaos for the opponents.
Ok. Those two headers,i thought he should have try and put one in.

Nothing has changed. VAR would've ruled the ball goal easily. The assistant referee only called it offside because his line of view was blocked by so much bodies in the box and he onlh made the call that came to his mind in impulse.
Ok.

This Willock eh. I just know he will score. How he does it, i no sabi grin
I was expecting Arteta to bring on Balogun or Laca for Nketiah. Dude was just over the place today. Make Martinelli come back first, he will struggle to get a place on the bench.

No it’s not . Go and watch Arsenal vs Chelsea(can’t remember the year ) ; there was this goal that involved Ramsey in an offside position just like Willock , but Sanchez slotted the ball home like Nketiah did and it was ruled as a goal.

The ref messed up. With VAR it would’ve been ruled a goal no doubt
Remember Everton vs Man u. I think Sigurdsson was offside and merely raised his leg so the ball can pass yet the goal was ruled offside. Offside rules are now kinda strict.

Roland17:
I don’t think that is the right interpretation of why the goal was cancelled. The absence of VAR makes sense because that would have been reviewed and correctly given because Nketiah was not offside and Willock did not block the keeper or impede in his attempt to make a play.
But he attempted to score.

How is VAR not checking that? That was a legit goal by Nketiah.. He was onside, Willock was the one offsid.
Willock interfered with the play so it was a correct call.

Did leaving him out pay off or not for Rodgers? Nacho should leave Leicester. Its that simple.
Pay off? No

Lucky? yes.

of course, i was just pointing out one of the scenarios where Nacho should have start. He really needs to move.

Ndidi, Etebo, Aribo, Iwobi, Azeez We still have upcoming ones like Nwakali,Ejaria. Those are seven good Midfielders so your point is debatable.

Calling Rodgers a racist may be too extreme. As posted by one moniker here, if you're not twice as good as your white counterpart, you won't get a look in.
But Nacho should be blamed. The easiest option for him was to link up with Pellegrini then but he didn't. He is not getting playing time and my guy is even unmoved about it, abeg make we free Rodgers.

They won't tell you this same Brendan Rodgers brought Victor Moses to Liverpool and played him as a 10. Moses flopped but as usual - they blamed Rodgers for it.
The question we should be asking is who should Nacho bench? Jamie Vardy with 8 league goals? Or is it Tielemans or James Maddison(when he's 100 percent fit) as a source of creativity?? Rodgers barely plays with 2 upfront...i don't understand why it's hard for folks to understand.
Nacho needs to push for an exit. Simple. Vardy doesn't look like he'll slow down anytime soon.
Its sad that the likes of West Ham and Aston Villa were looking for strikers and they didn't even consider Nacho. I mean Villa signed Watkins from the championship.
Vardy was not fully fit for that arsenal match, who was supposed to replace him? I don't expect him to bench Vardy but he deserves more minutes than he is getting.

He need to be a playmaker to score more goals in that Napoli team have watch their games several times nobody want to pass, watch is first goal he need to shoot from outside d box

Yeah, he should drop deep, receive the goal kick from Ospina and by pass the 10 out field players and score. Sounds easy isn't it??
Playmaker? Hahaha . . Lol

I know many here are overly excited to see Nwakali drafted into the Super Eagles list for the upcoming qualifiers. But after rewatching Real Madrid vs Huesca, I can categorically say that Nwakali isn't yet ripe to don the Super Eagles jersey. Senior team football ain't U17.
Seriously. .based on what abeg?

up until the injury he suffered. IMHO he was a very decent ball playing defender and makes the right pass into midfield. I do not think he is as physical as Gabriel but he reads the game very well ah la Per Mertasacker. Honestly I think the recruiting in defense has been good enough. It's now how we transition into making them play as a unit
Yea, you are right. I am just concerned about his pace.

He should create his own chance? You mean collecting the ball from ospina and go all the way bypassing every players and score?

One word. Gabriel. Partey, enough said. Special mention to Mo Elneny for the work rate he put in. Certainly he and Partey have some serious engines such that even at the tail end Elneny was still pressing high up pushing manu back to their own goal. Like someone said, we have really suffered from poor defenders for so long. Can't wait to see Pablo Mari back in that defense line albeit he is left footed too.
How would you rate Mari? Is he really that good?
