He said as from January 2013, it would be an offence for any MDA to buy foreign vehicles for official purposes, adding that failure to comply would attract a sanction.

The FG is busy building dualizing this road when there is no one using it when most of the roads in the South are unmotorable. Traffic on Southern roads are too high to be ignored.
