Hello everyone, am a web developer. I have been learning web development since 2016 and I have been good in what I have been learning since then.
Am able to code with HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap 3 & 4, JavaScript, Jquery, PHP & MySQL.
This year, after the strike which brought most of us students back home I decided to go into freelancing and I choose Upwork.
I created a profile and got my account approved and verified, this was after paying for a course and undergo training (online) about freelancing.
But I don't really know whats wrong, I have write proposals to different clients and they never got accepted, am even out of connects and the fact things are happening like this am even doubting the fact that am a good web developer or thinking is because my location shows am Nigeria (who knows).

I will like to know if anyone has an advice that will help me on my freelancing journey or should I just forget about it and learn Python before school resumes (because freelancing ain't really working as planned for me).

Keep applying and also display links to your portfolio to clients. You might even likely get a full time job rather than gigs

My new S8 not up to two months developed an issue yesterday. It went off and refused to turn on until this morning, now it's on but the screen isn't displaying. Calibration still working, i can pick calls but the screen is blank.

I noticed a certain lady who loves preaching on facebook, infact the way she preaches makes one feel like that girl is going to heaven, gradually we got close and one day she was going somewhere and she called to let me know she would be passing my city, so i pleaded she branch to see me. She agreed after dragging. Immediately she called me that she has dropped where i directed her to drop, so i rushed and picked her to my house. I got scared of coming close to her cos of how Godly she seem. But i don't know how it happened that we hugged, kissed and she sucked me real hard though we didn't knack. She left and i kept on wondering why the hypocrisy online... Believe me, i've met alot of them like that.

I am married with two children. I do all my best to provide for the family but i don't get to rest as a man should like other married men. I make sure my wife and children do not lack anything infact my wife knows that i go out of my way to do most of the things i do. But it is annoying that you hardly hear thank you from her mouth. Once you want to rest the next thing you will hear her say is, come and hold the child i am tired. Mind you i do assist her with a lot of house chores. Then another annoying part of my wife is that i initiate most of the conversations in the house if not she has this natural mood that makes the entire environment toxic. If you do not talk or create a gist, you will see her so quite as if the problem of the world is on her head. Frankly speaking i am tired and i want to change completely. A woman who wants to be pampered 24/7, the only thing that makes her happy a bit is for you to constantly satisfy her needs. If i continue this way in this marriage i would die before my time.
