These guys were awesome. After I carefully went through these feedback and putting other factors into consideration I decided to stage a start-up here in Nigeria.
I have come to the conclusion that if I get the start-up right, it can take me to any part of the world.
My resolution is:
1. To build a start-up that can scale globally 2. To build a start-up that can attract at least $2Million pre-seed investment 3. To start small and scale bigger in a short span 4. To launch my start-up in early 2023 5. To get all relevant licenses and legal backing
To begin, I plan to join the Founder Institute (https://fi.co/) Lagos Fall 2022 to accelerate my start-up and boost my chance of getting funded. Although the $399 application fee is a bit high.
I can also use all the help I can get. I want to assemble one of the best team in terms of the governing body, developers and staff.
I am currently looking for a few Nigerians who are experienced in the following fields to join my team: 1. Flutter Engineer (2 persons) 2. Python Backend Engineer (2 persons) 3. Node.js Backend Engineer (2 persons) 4. Senior React Engineer (3) 5. DevOps & Cloud Engineer (2 persons) 6. DevTools Engineer (1 person) 7. Database Engineer (2 persons) 8. UX/UI Designer (2 persons) 9. Frontend Engineer - API Design, API Publishing, Design System, API Client (2 persons) 10. Market Researcher (at least 1 person per community) 11. Web Research & Content Creator (1000 persons)
For some of the positions above, I will hire international consultants to complement the skills of the team. This will be for the duration of the project leading to the launching. For some of the tasks, I will make some financial remuneration that is reasonably acceptable based on the person's skill level. But since this is a project that has not kick-off, there is limit to the level I can pay. If you are interested just indicate below.

Aniluvreal: I wanted attending my church today, but it has been raining cat and dog here since morning, thus spoiling my plan of going to my church as my church is a bit far from where I lived. So I decided to changed the plan and attend one new church like that in my street that is close to my house.
On getting there, I was welcome very well as that's the tradition of churches when they see a new comer. The usher gave me a seat and I happened to sat close to one beautiful lady. The lady was so beautiful, I must give it to her. Her shape, ebony skin color, her height and the little cleavage she showed, all these were on point.
It was time to sing the hymn, sadly, the hymn didn't go around, so you have to sharewith your neighbor , so I happened to share with this beautiful lady. The hymn conductor mentioned the hymn No, the lady opened it , I get close to her to see the wordings very well so I can as well sing it too.
Here comes the shocker. Immediately the Organist finished tuning the hymn, the congregation start singing, it was at this point the girl finished me with endless foul smell that oozed out of her mouth when she opened her mouth to sing, I try to bear it and pretend as nothing happened but I couldn't , so the best thing to do was for me to look elsewhere, even at that, the odour was still hitting me so hard and so badly. It got so bad that I developed stomach ache at the spot in the church immediately. The pains got so bad, that i couldn't concentrate again in the church, so I pretended as if I had a call, picked my Bible and headed straight to the door, when i got outside I exhale the breathe of freedom and headed straight to my house.
I feel pity for her, because it's obvious she's not aware that she had bad breath, and I didn't have the gut to tell her, because I feel , she'd be so embarrassed. Poor beautiful girl.
My stomach is still paining me because of what I inhaled today in church, I pray I get well soon.

And I've been working on the site cos I can build small small sites...but this idea I'm planning to work on is quite big for my technical expertise and I want to employ a website designer to help me redesign and add some functionality and customization the way I want the site to be. . But the question is, how can I ensure such idea will not be stolen or replicated somewhere before I fully lauch my own. That has been my thought. Cos there's no such idea yet around. . .....pls I need your advice and is it possible for a designer or a sponsor to steal one's idea, how does it happen? And how can it be prevented when employing and web designer? Thanks
