Let's say for some reason, maybe you were sick or something and come after the warranty period with a proof that LG has already agreed to refund/replace, of course they will honour their agreement.

The agreement between him and the guy (could be a client) is to install a good working engine. An engine shorting oil after a few kilometres is neither good not working. They guy has proof that the engine is bad what's the mechanics proof that he installed a working engine?

What us your own proof that the client claim is valid?

Then its not in your place to say he sold a faulty engine, you no follow am go buy the engine neither did you inspect the engine after purchase or before purchase or were you there?

Let's assume you fixed an engine ( all parts purchased by you).and few days after the 3 months warranty, the car experience something like this, how do you handle such.

He offered the customer refund and the man no gree.....what else do you want him to do.
