descarado: Subscribed. They show mediocre movies. None is ever full movie. Very hard to navigate. Nigerians in diaspora were using that streaming site but they are so lax to effect new changes and move with the train. Most times, you can't even watch what they claim they have. And they have so little to chose from. So annoying I ended it before the end of one month. Customer care is zero. I remember when diasporians were complaining bitterly about their customer care here. One female name in particular.
They started and thought they have monopoly and did the Nigerian thing. Customers flee. I went back to them again but it was worst. They destroyed themselves. Also, they should have promoted their platform on social media very well. Although I saw them on youtube, their promotion was archaic. They will show you advert and tell you to join them. Phew. Who does that now especially when you are looking for customers. Besides,Nigerian movies are enjoyed by Africans a lot. i remember the founder bragging one day that nobody can beat him in the streaming business and that he has connections and VC money to scare eveyone. too much ego took over him You can even see how he framed it that they existed Nigeria instaed of him to admit that they failed woofully because of competition and lack of innovation |

Elose11: At the beginning of 2025, Transcorp rebased their shares by dividing the shares by four. The technicalities involved in this I cannot explain as i am not an economist. But if your shares was 1m before, it will come down to 250,000. So by your analysis, the 313.5k shares had come down to 78.25k. by the time you multiply that by the current share price of N43, you will get N3.37m, not N13.4m, rebasement does not mean you lose the price value Before rebase: if i had 313,500 shares at, say, ₦10.75 = ₦3.37M After rebase (÷4): now i will have 78,375 shares at ₦43 = ₦3.37M |

Elose11: Lies from the pit of hell. My shares in Transcorp was worth N14,5m in April 2023. Its it N10.75m today. A huge decrease. so how can one invest 1m in the same Transcorp and expect to get N13.5m today? What price did you buy it? If you buy it at a lower price, you are still in profit even if it falls but of you buy at the top, obviously, you will be at loss if price falls shares are not meant to hold for long, you buy at the low and sell at high for profit, repeat the process, that is how people make money.. you also have to calculate fees too |

These returns are lies. They are built on perception rather than truth.
The problem with this data is that they didn't say the price, they bought and sold.
They presented the data as if stocks is like a money doubling scheme where as there are other companies that did very poor.
In 2023, the lowest price of transcorp stock was N3.19, it highest was N19.20
If you put 1m at N3.19 that is 313.5k shares If you put 1m at N19.20, you will get 52k shares
In 2025,, the lowest price of transcorp stock was NGN 42.90 and the highest is N43
If you sell, 313.5k shares at 42.90, you will make N13.4m but your profit is 12.4m
If you sell 52k shares at N43, you will make 2.2M but your profit will just be N1.2M
So your profit depends on the amount of shares you have, the price you bought it and the price you sold it |

Nairaland General › Re: Name One Mistake You've Made In Life So Someone Else Doesn’t Make It by motymop: 9:09am On May 31, 2025 |
franchasng: Not leaving Nigeria very early in life. I should have been talking about retiring from anything work or business if I had left Nigeria at say 23 years of age.
Not digging gold when I got married. If I had married the politician daughter they recommended and linked me to, I would have been at least a House of Reps member today. But I felt I didn't want to marry someone whose father would be influencing my marriage, that was a huge mistake. If you see such opportunity as a single young man reading this, please grab it fast, all those rubbish mentality I had then was a huge mistake jareh, their influence will not last forever, at most 10 years.
To all single guys reading, whenever you want to marry, please if you see gold dig it very well. Love is a fallacy, don't marry just because of love or physical beauty or any other nonsense reason like big nyash, sex, etc. The girl's parents and family status matters a lot, if you think you dont need it now, you will need it tomorrow. Look at Ebuka Obi, he dug his gold perfectly by going for Young Shall Grow Motor's owner daughter. Even if Ebuka likes today he can squander all his wealth, his father-in-law's wealth will still keep his children wealthy for life because Young Shall Grow will definitely will a lot of assets to his daughter, Ebuka's wife and even her kids, I will do same for my daughter and her kids.
And to the young graduates still claiming Nigeria will favor me, continue deceiving yourself, your parents said the same thing, all the wealthiest Nigerians you see today once migrated abroad or lived abroad, majority of them, so if you see any opportunity to leave Nigeria, do so fast, the earlier the better for you. Leave fast, work, save, invest back in Nigeria via real estate, hotels, nightclubs, lounges, gym centers, avoid rentage building investment.
Also look for a trusted relative or friend, there is always one or two trusted relative or friend that wont rip you off, work with him or her, leverage on the two locations you know; the developed country you live and Nigeria by buying used things there, load in a container, add some tokunbo cars and send to Nigeria to resell....over time hire or rent or build a warehouse in a good city location, so you will be known for that and you will be sending these used items with container on regular basis and you have carved out a business niche for yourself to keep you busy when you decide to retire back in Nigeria. Strange mentality You don't want accountability. Using ebuka as example with statements like even if he finishes his father wealth, he can leech off his wife's parents wealth. That is the mentality of someone who hate accountability and wants soft landing. You only want to benefit from other people sweat. Parasite mentality. Most wealthy people will be scared to give their daughter to you because you can destroy what they built |

ojuu4u: Law of demand and supply usually comes to play. The more men chasing woman, the more the woman loosing manner......you can still proof me wrong ok.
Use Ur number 6 to check this simple but clear analogy,..... the hot celebrities in Nigeria, how many of them stay in husband house, compare to average looking, who are also celebrities. Bye attention and demand can tempt any woman to act carelessly if they lack values. But not all beautiful or hot women lose manner, many are grounded, married, or choose not to marry for personal reasons. using hot celebrity cases to generalize about all hot women does not make sense, many of these women live under extraordinary pressure and do not represent average Nigerian households. |

Antoeni: Actually, a woman who gets married while she is a virgin, knows only one size of her man's manhood. Therefore, the size will not have any effect on her because she gets fitted to her man's pintle regardless of the size.
On the other hand, if a woman experienced different pintle sizes before getting married, when she gets married, the size of her man's manhood will have an impact on her.
Such a woman will begin to complain that her husband doesn't satisfy her in bed because she begins to compare her man's manhood strength, sizes, and weight with what she got outside from her ex fúckérs.
Remember, a child who has never been trained to eat outside, will always believe that her mother's food is the sweetest and the best. Such a child will never know that her mother's food is not sweet.
But the pièce de résistance is, no man can satisfy a woman; man does not owe a woman satisfaction. What a man owes a woman is love, care and to get her pregnant; because, the greatest joy of a woman in a marriage is when you give her a child, a family. Which kind lie be this. Imagine you have a small dick, or you think a virgin woman does not know the size that will satisfy her after you marry her. If it does not work, she will tell you and you will go crazy and call her names |

First of all I've always known about to be a mischievous content creator/ blogger and not an activist people believe you to be.
Secondly this video you created is an indirect attack on the lady. You want to scare away potential suitors. If I were to be the lady I'd sue you for this video.
Thirdly, who are you to judge? Because what I see here is you judging her for her past. Needless to remind your fans that you were also into adult entertainment?
I wish EFCC held you a bit longer. Answer the question. Why are you answering like the poster is VDM |

Do you have a treasurer sir Jesus was poor and lived on donations He didn't have a job. People donated food and money to him. Having a treasurer does not mean you are rich, it only means you want accountability. |

Omooba77: - Jesus was born in a manger, where animals were kept.
-On the day of his dedication, his parents could only afford doves, rather than lamb required by Moses.
- He commended the poor widow, for giving her mites
- He told people in Luke 9:56-62, that the son of man doesn't have where to lay his head.
-Though Jesus was rich, he became poor, so we can become rich.
2 Corinthians 8:9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that sthough he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.
-He never despised the poor. Jesus was not born rich and was never rich and never decided to became poor so that we can become rich He never had any economic value His father was a poor carpenter and he took after his father trade but got bored of it and started studying religious books to start a religious revolution He never in his adult life work or even earn salaries, never did any hard work, he was dependent on his followers for food and money. He lived all his life taking from people and also giving people what he took from them He was smart, know how to build followership, had a mission, live through life and died at 33 years old |

Discountsempai: Check my comment again, and think about it. An alcoholic who stop drinking 30 years ago still feels he is an alcoholic because of the guilt trap of the pastor interpretation of the Bible They guilt trap the former alcoholic making him think he is still one so that he can always come to Christ for forgiveness. Whereas, there are people who are not religious but ex alcoholic since 30 years who are free of it. They took personal responsibility over their lives and don't live a guilt life because of that they have forgotten about their past live, learn the lesson and go on to live a fruitful life. It is more about personal responsibility, letting old wound heals and not trying to remind yourself through guilt of your past life. How do you get mentally healed if everyday, you have to live through the torture of remembering that you were a former alcoholic and telling Jesus to forgive you everyday |
