Audited result will come by October after all the CBN delay in result and dividends approval. Don't expect their results any time soon

So in q2 they want to sell 10% of the recently acquired asset to NNPC and pay us part of the proceeds while the other part will go into settlement of their debt.

I think Elumelu may likely do the much needed bonus/reconstruction of the company shares
