Didn't you save anything from your previous job before you got sacked?

If she were to be alive, what would you have been doing to survive since there's no job anymore?

You can sell the property and start a new life. You just had to add that the children were adopted to calm your crying conscience.. It's already in your thought and I won't tell you otherwise.

But before I drop my pen, let me announce to you that greed is deeper than what it appears to be, it usually starts with 'just this one..

And you see the human mind, it will show you a thousand and one more reason why you should sell just another building to augment the money realized from the sale of the previous house so that your life can make more more sense.

You will keep selling and squandering the money because there's more... And by the time the ccockkk crows at dawn, there would be nothing left for the children she left behind..

If this guy is sincere to himself, he would have try selling that kia car added it to whatever he might have saved before he was sacked and whatsoever God forsaken business he want instead he want to sell a building that if he manage well , no matter the delay in payment of the rent/let his aunt kids won't lack anything even himself too.

A female kid of 20 yes can't sure a decision... If he's telling himself the truth he should be able to know that those kids can live on the rent of those properties for now comfortably while he go and look for job or do other things on his own.

The girl is 20 years and not a kid anymore, once you start with selling one, i bet you, you will lavishly spend the money and finish it within 5 years (max) and then you will want to sell another and then another, because it is not your sweat. handover the properties to the children and only guide them, looks like there is more to this story.

I'm crying already here bro BTW 20yrs is still a kid depending on how they raise them .... Those children can live comfortably on let/rent of those properties for now.

If somehow you sell one property and the money vanishes due to all kinds of unbudgeted sundry expenses in a very short while, how will you explain it later?

Again, if you do sell it and start a business and it becomes mega successful, will you willing and happily hand it over to the kids when they come to claim it then? Afterall, you invested their money....

Let the children live on the rent/let of those properties for now and he should go and look for something to do with his life.... Because he's trying to gamble with the ALREADY SURE FUTURE OF THOSE KIDS.

Whether in trust or not, you should only sell a property only when you're 110% sure that what you'll invest it in will be profitable and make life comfortable for you and the kids. It will be tragic to lose all.that money.

Take very good care of the kids and once in a while spoil them. You can also keep money aside gradually in order to replace the property you sold.

It might not be necessary though. For instance, if business is good, you can send the girl to Canada for her master's for Instance. Ensure they lack nothing.

People can be ungrateful. In future, they may say you sold their mothers property and ate the money. That's why I advise you replace it in the long term.

if you got their consent before you sold the property, then you have little to worry about.

Best you can do therefore is to open special accounts for the 2 kids depositing money into it monthly which they can access when they reach a certain age.

Why should he sell the properties at first place?, imagine selling properties with consent of 20ysold, forget it he's just looking for an avenue to embezzle those wealth.... Losing his job two months a go shouldn't be an excuse.... They can live comfortably on the rent/let of those properties for now....
