It is called a debate and not a campaign.
I a debate, you take on your opponent, if it has to do with what one has in stock for the nation, that be done in an interactive forum or at the campaign ground. What makes it a debate is about you taking on your opponent and according to you, the host being the incumbent has to play in the group stage to get to the final.
Qualifying has been played during the time of primaries of which APC did exactly as you portrayed up there.

I wonder why people who are bereaved of their brain will belittle other people reasoning.
