Be deceiving yourself. My cousin scored a very high jamb score and passed his WAEC but was denied admission into ABU. We thought it wouldn't be so. Meanwhile it's high time these private universities democratize university admission for Nigerians. No need for feeding and accommodation so the prices can crash, perhaps more people can cash into the education business by building private hostels and eateries for students.
Most private universities have zero impact on their host communities. It's so terrible that some of them even build in house accommodation for their staff. Imagine these huge numbers going back to write JAMB again next year or a number traveling abroad as unnecessary brain drain. We like shooting ourselves in the foot in this country.

Just because you used pregnancy to trap a guy doesn't make u a wife. Most gals live with men claiming I am married. You are not married. Go home to your parents and stop forming married woman. I served in Akwaibom state, then I have d biggest mouka foam, rented selfcon, fridge was there, plasma, a.c and most Akwaibom and calabar gals I bleep then were doing everything to tie my destiny. In their mind they have seen a guy that's ready despite I'm receiving 19800. Some of them stylishly refused protection so as to get preg and that's how marriage will start.
No bride price, no introduction.
That's the same gals that will come online with their borrowed phone to talk ill of independent gals.
Igbo gals doesn't marry that way. They marry legally.
Society should stop talking trash concerning women and marriage.
As for the ladies above thirty, is not a crime. My sister works with KPMG, she's 34 now and very fine. Not that men aren't coming but you know what u want. Marriage is a lifetime stuff and not a vacation.
There are other successful ladies above thirty and they are doing great.

Things we all know about the Nigerian Education System....

1- 99% of the Teachers ain't proud of their profession. They ended up teaching simply because they have no alternative.

2- Almost all our teachers are underpaid.

3- Our Government schools produce criminals, cultists and many societal misfits. While our private schools produce Gee Boys, Musicians, Slay Queens and Corporate Oloshos.

4- Our educational system doesn't lay emphasis on understanding; just cram and pass exam. Period.


5- Our big schools don't give a damn about the Nigerian curriculum or any Government approved scheme. They are their own bosses. This country is the only one where Primary school students in private schools know more about American history, UK and other European countries than Nigeria's history.

Sometimes I just wish Nigeria can be recoloniased!
