One thing I have noticed abt people is that, we’ll always condemn other people (government) but fail to look into oneself. When I see dirts littered all at the middle or at the side of the road, sometimes by rail tracks as mentioned in the topic. I began to ask myself this question that and we think governments is our only problem in this part of the world.
And if govt decides to take action on offenders now they will say they are oppressing them. Can we just do the right thing. And make development a collective responsibility?
