a world of justice and equality will NEVER EVER be possible? simply because, by giving equal rights to all then you are automatically removing rights from someone. we live in a society where we are all different (different views, different lifestyle etc)... all human beings are different, therefore what you may view as evil may just be the rightful way of life/thinking of someone else. the minute you believe that something is evil then you are taking away someone's right to do what they desire for their own lives. whats evil to you may not be evil to someone else.
so we have to accept that we are all different, and therfore there can never a ONE WAY to live life... and thats ok.

example: i dont care if transgender people desire to live as a different gender to the one one they were born... but the minute you want to force me to recognize them as what (i believe) they are NOT, then you are taking away my rights to see them as i desire, and therefore there is no more equality here.
