I worked and lived near Sf for a while and can comment on this.

SF is a really expensive city. People make six-figure salaries and still dread living in SF. But you may be able to live in Oakland surrounding cities and commute via train to SF.

PS: Rent is SF is astronomically expensive lol

I may be mistaken, but I think there's a clause in the 214b that states "this decision cannot be appealed..."

While an official financial affidavit is a document from a sponsor that states on paper his desire to sponsor you financially with the financial capacity stated.( It is usually prepared by your sponsor or a template may be provided by the school.)

A statement of account is a breakdown of the different transactions on the said account over a period of time with the closing balance stated.( It is usually issued by the bank or account officer).

Your first sentence says it all.
He asked a question and he got replies. Come to think of it, I asked that he reads it very well. If truly did that, then he wouldn't have any problem.
Even if he did check the wrong box, if he's able to justify the error as an oversight during the interview then the consequences of the mistake becomes infinitesimal.

Lol. Highly unlikely. The confirmation number is what is used to call it up during the interview. It's why it is stressed that the confirmation number on your DS160 must match what you have on your appointment booking.
Don't worry about it much, a lot of folks here had to fill more than one DS160 until they got the desired fit.

After 10minutes time out, I have not been able to login into d DS160 form to complete, it keeps telling me security question is incorrect, what could be responsible for this, this is really frustrating. Someone pls help!

I think this has been answered before. If you still can't find a way around it, just fill a new form and update your appointment confirmation.

Hello people, I have a question to ask. My sister did her passport 2008 but the passport is lost now. She tried retrieving it but the immigration people turned her to ATM machine. She wants to go and do a new one in Lagos tomorrow and see if they will just do it and not ask her about the previous one. My question is that is it safe for her to do it this way?

At the point of collection of the passport, she'll be asked to present the old one. All cases of stolen/missing passports are handled in Abuja. If she has tried to get another one, then she already knows this.

Almost all universities offer financial aid in the exam form of Teaching, Research or Graduate Assistantship.

If or not you'll get it depends on a lot of factors.

1) Availability of funding in your choice school
2) Strength of your academic and extra curricular profile.
3) Some would also argue- GRACE
