I did not make that claim myself bro. I would try to find the article again and try to share it with you. There were 2 sources, one was written buy a delta igbo guy who was in the Biafran intelligence at the time, the book has a red cover, while the other was an actual article by a British journalist. I remember back in 2015 when this lady alongside Pastor Sam Adeyemi hid their tribal pro-APC politics behind some bogus fraudulent "New Nigeria" propaganda seminar, The entire so called Seminar was all about promoting the APC candidate, I felt sick to my stomach and had to abandon that seminar.
