In as much as i appreciate everyone both Home & Abroad, i must confess that you guys & ladies here in the USA who find time to come here to assist our fellow brothers & sisters @ Home, GOD Bless You All...Sincerely, i admire the way you all create time to come on here to assist others, cos having arrived here just couple of weeks ago, i discovered how short time is in the USA. As i advised earlier, you can use usnews.com to find a good school in maryland or anywhere in the states. As for the reason 4 a change of school, bigfrancis has rightly advised you. Ok! Good luck in ur GRE & TOEFL exams!

Guy, relax joor! Why your blood dey hot like dis! Lol!!! It depends on the Vo or probably following instructions from the top. My sevis fee receipt, passport & I-20 were held but today am with them all including my "VISA". Just thank GOD my bro & don't worry! The Lord has already done it! Ok!
