Those thieves called fedex and redstar charged me #120,000 as custom duty just to ship 5 used android phones. I loosed the phones to them at last.

We have a big problems, most of us who have friends and family in diaspora now stand the risk of being scammed by these criminal master mind companies parading to be 3rd party compan,

It will shock you to know that the little items you shipped through this curries don't get intercepted by Nigerian customs,

Nigerian customs have too much of workload that looking at tiny single items used or new, sing or 5 items will be a headache.

So what happened?

I was in Nahco Lagos last week prior to my items that I was told by FedEx that Nigerian custom intercepted, but getting there, the story changed, Nigerian custom isn't in possession of my Oder, now the next question is who have it?

My curiosity led to this discovery, when you sent a broken used items from USA that is probably 4 laptops or 4 cellphones you will be told Nigerian customs have it,

Dhl, FedEx, UPS, TNT, have their own customs which is different from Nigerian customs, and this is where the nightmare Leach on you fellows to scam you in the name of Nigerian custom.

FedEx custom costomer care won't connect me with their scam mate custom to clearify my plight, the second protest latter I wrote to them prior to correcting the error that another company in USA planet express system did, was not forwarded to Nigerian custom Nigerian custom said I quote, we can't act upon your situations without a protest latter from FedEx, now FedEx said their custom inside Nahco facilities will not forward my protest latter until 5 business working days.

So This third party agent leverage the fact that Nigerian citizens are custom phobic to scam them,

No official latter or e-mail with Nigerian custom header to the prospect who's items is impounded?

Which totally proved this whole thing a Fraud in the highest level.

The address I was given to address the protest latter to is not Nigerian customs!

If you are dealing with any of this currer service, it is at your own detriment.

I will be sueing FedEx to court and every related agent who have hand in cos I am confident that Nigerian custom boss will never stoop so low into looking little packages sent from US, UK, or from any part of western word to nigeria, or i will probably report this ugly incident to human right radio station.

I have had similar issues with DHL. My item got to Accra but it'll be stuck there for some days.. Now I just use www.shypmate.com. They are much faster too.

Don't use any company that it s not doing the shipping themselves.

I don't think Nigerian custom have hand in the fraudulent act from DHL, FedEx and their co criminals activities going on Nigeria,

My items that's supposed to be delivered on 17th January 2020 on that same is when not on 16th that I was told it was sized by Nigerian customs,

I asked to provide my email address to send me details but the details have no Nigeria customs heading or any evidence relating to that,

I have fall a of this victim before and I rushed and paid N35,450 before it was released

This time, an item of $127, I was asked to pay 125k which I refused and from 17th till date, my items is still in their custody,

They told me if I failed to write a protest latter to them to submit to custom after 28th, that my item will be no longer be due for release from customs.

The custom duty for new items that cost above 50k is 16.3% of the total goods plus shipping cost,

Even if supposedly it's Nigerian customs, I believe I will not be told to address the protest latter to FedEx to be forwarded to Nigerian custom.

I need to know how many days items will stay in Nigeria customs custody if not complying with the estimated cost, it will be no longer released.

For the time being, my items are used n broken not new, and not up to 50k except if shipping includes them it will be 178 plus 127 around 100 to 115k at most 18k should be the duty charges.

For fact, I believe this criminals in the name of shipping agents are leveraging the fact that you folks are scared of Nigerian custom to perpetuate this fraudulent act.

3rd I jan 2020, I will be in Nigeria customs headquarters to confirm their claims,
If it's connected, it will prompt a legal actions but if it does, the right calculation of how much this duty cost is will be estimated and I will pay for it and get my order out.
