Merkel never had to face unfair economic sanctions for taking back ancestral lands from the hands of White farmers like Mugabe had. Zimbabwe was relatively govern well right until the sanctions came rolling. Mugabe won't be cowed by the West, that aside Mr Mugabe had overstayed his welcome and needed to vacate the seat of power that I agreed.

The economy hardships for Zim was well orchestrated by the West.... Remember Mugabe took back lands from the White Zimbabweans and gave back to the rightful owners of the country the Black Zimbabweans that one move brought about sanctions from the West that crippled Zimbabwe economy. There are few European leaders who have overstayed their welcome, Angela Merkel if Germany and her party have been in power for over a decade now yet no one has raised a finger to ask questions if she were to be an African leader the West would have come for her!

Dude this whole "what have you done to its success" babble have been overused may i ask you what else must I as an individual do in a society so messed up society like ours that'd bring Black people out of global ignominy? You have to understand this isn't just an African thing the most impoverished country in the Northern America is a Black one - Haiti. It is a generational curse until Black people every where revisit their roots, discard foreign religions, go back to what makes us unique until then Blacks will forever be the very floor on which the rest of the world spits on.

One may have to go back thousands of years to find answers to this probing question. If you go back hundred of years you'd noticed that European countries fought wars almost on a daily. The need to outdo each other, build a better defense mechanism against invaders and the need to protect it citizens propelled every right thinking European countries at the time to think outside the box which is what pretty much berthed science and technology as we have it today. In the pre-medieval times you would have a country disappear only to reappear from the map after being defeated and recaptured this went on for generations in Europe until the 20th century. Blacks on the hands had it easy from day one, all they do was to roam the plains of Africa in search of game (animals) hence the laziness and lackadaisical mindset shown by many Black persons today..

My guess albeit absurd you'd say is that perhaps amongst all the God(s) in the heaven of heavens the God(s) representing Black people are a conquered less powerful cartel compared to the rest hence why Blacks are the most impoverished people everywhere be it in the US, Europe, Asia, Africa etc... How else do you explain how one particular race lag so far behind the rest.

I also believe that what Blacks needed was an example, a shining light, an inspiration to set them up properly for now and for future generations this is where I believe that had Biafra became a reality the rest of Africa would have look up to the Igbos. Don't be so sure. Belgium will probably top the group, the second spot will be keenly contested between the three sides. Iceland are a pretty decent side they are no push over. But I still see us getting out of the group if we turn up else we might even end up finishing last.
