Shariah court in Oyo state is meant for Muslims only. It has been practiced for many years in Ibadan. Nobody can stop it. Lagos is also collecting monthly allocations from oil and gas proceeds from the niger delta states and lagos has benefited hugely from infrastructures from the federal govt so nothing wrong if other less privileged states also benefits from the money generated from those federal infrastructures invested in lagos.
