This is just a flimsy excuse. Most of the houses increasing their rent today were built decades ago. How do they justify increasing rent without any single renovation being done?

There's no they can use the prices they used in building those houses decades ago to fix rents today because of the high inflation and devaluation of the naira. Imagine a landlord fixing his rent today base on same amount he used in constructing his #400k house in 1980.

This is Nigeria and I can bet you no feasibility was conducted for this project, if they did, they would have seen that the terrain of Bayelsa, Delta and Rivers is unstable for this road constructing the costal road in the heart of the Niger Delta will make the project very expensive.

Those swampy areas delta to rivers are always heavily flooded during raining seasons i wonder the measures they intend to put in place to protect the road from easily getting damaged after few months of completion?

Running the road along the coast especially in Delta, Bayelsa and Rivers which is the heart of the Niger Delta is insane. The cost will be astronomical it is not your typical Lagos creek and mangrove swamps you will encounter ooooo.

Very true have been to those difficult swampy terrains it's really going to be a very massive construction work to get pass through those areas.

There's no way the governor can claim ignorance of what happened to obi in his state twice he has even openly warned obi before not to come so why still defending him here?

Both Kwankwaso and Peter Obi have the same policy on subsidy removal and naira floatation. Why do they want to remove Tinubu from power? At this point, they are both working for Tinubu. Atiku is the only candidate that proposes an alternative policy direction. Nigerians will make their choices at the ballot.

Those two policies obi has been talking about them even before 2023 it seems u haven't been paying attention?
