I don't have much idea about suspended ceilings but it's more economical than POP ceiling

You're right, you can proceed with the POP then screeding

Plastering is done already and building is fenced and gated. I think that should provide some sort of security without doors and windows

As an engineer, I will advise you to fix the door and windows before plastering. Doors an windows fitting doesn't affect POP ceiling installation. But fixing doors and windows will safeguard our staff (they always sleep on site) and materials on site.

I'm thinking will you advice the windows and doors be installed before pop so you can do the wall screeding at same time with pop installation?

The price will definitely drop during raining season because their will be lesser demand of building materials then.

The price of materials affects the price of POP, A bag of POP cement jumps from #3000 (when we create this thread) to #8500 now, filler dump from #1000 to #2800... All this inflate the price of POP ceiling

Due to the present price of the materials, we charge #6000/m² for POP ceiling design, these includes the cost of materials, transportation and workmanship. #1000 for POP wall screeding
