I like the name and i want to see more of this, this is yorubaland, we need to start naming things with language they speak in the land.

1st month count begin from October. start the count from October and tell us how many months will be listed.

A year is January 1st to December 31st not January 1st to December 1st. The count is until a day before the exact previous date. Another year start the next day which is the next January 1.

If you count a year from January 2nd 2023, it will be exactly 1 year on January 1st 2024 which is a day before January 2nd 2024 exact date from previous payment or start of count. With this you can say It is January to January

If you pay rent on September 17th, It should be due next year September 16th. The next payment should begin from September 17th. Which make it Sept to Sept.

It can only be Sept to August if you paid or start count from September 1st then it will end on August 31st just like a calendar years is from January 1st to December 31st.

The properties are in Ibadan. And each flat is rented for 250k. The storey building is where the family lives. It is bigger and more furnished.

I want to use any of the property as collateral to get loan to facilitate my travel plan.

In this life the best thing u can do is to use debt and other peoples money to accelerate your growth.

It is this mentality that has kept us way back and financially imprisoned.

If the debt is for consumption pls,avoid taking loans.

Additionally,there are good debts and bad debts so,it depends on what u are opting for.

Good debt are used for investment so as to yield more while Bad debts, which most naira land do collect on apps and come here to disturb us for refusing to pay...all because they had used the money to eat ewedu and ofe nsala.

I collected a loan last month worth 3.4million naira for 5years. Interest on this loan is about 1million naira. In five years @7.32% flat rate,I would make 14.9million naira in profit and pay back just 1million naira to the bank,while I go home with 13.9million.

If the property has CofO then u are likely to get a loan after some valuation must have been done,but if it's a village land...no bank would lend u money. But alternatively,if u have a bare land with economic value that has Cof O u may also be considered.
