The 355 is basically a B-movie that is saved from being listed in that category by its veteran cast. It's probably the cliché-est spy action movie ever made.
The actions scenes are just decent and the plot is predictable even to anybody that's seen a couple of average spy action flicks.
Literally the only reason to see this movie is if you just want to see the actors on screen. Or if average spy action flicks are your jam.
