I guess you are not the actual student of noun Sir. I also guess Sir that you are financing someone in noun. Your questions indicate that.
Students have access to their result and they can calculate their gp their selves. Fee for a section depends on number of courses one takes, returning or new students. Exam fee for e-exam is 1k per course. Course registration is 2k for 2 units course and 2.5k for 3 units. Meanwhile we pay compulsory fee every semester which is 23k and 13k for first semester and second semester respectively.

Pls can. I use waec print out for uniben clearance
instead of statement of result. ..(g.c.e)

No, I don't think so. Below is Uniben's requirements for the upcoming clearance.
Uniben Physical Clearance is done at Akin Deko
Auditorium of the University of benin. The Clearance is done by clearance officials for
different faculties.
The Physical Clearance is sectioned into three
parts.
1.School Clearance
2.Faculty Clearance 3.Departmental clearance. Documents (Original) Needed For The Exercise a. Clearance/Eligibility slip (with the online
payment receipt)
b. Certificates/ Statements of result
c. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
d. Acceptance Letter
e. Guarantor’s Letter f. Affidavit of Good Conduct
g. Affidavit of Non-Membership of Secret Cults
h. JAMB & UNIBEN offer of Provisional Admission
slips
i. 40 passports (You will need them for other
things) with red background. j. WAEC/NECO Scratch Cards Arrange your documents and put them in a file
the way it is been listed above from a to h but do not pin them yet, make six (6) copies each of
the listed items b to h. Physical clearance commences at the University Auditorium
Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5pm each
day. (Note) There shall be no financial transactions in whatever form at the Main Auditorium

Good day to you. Well I think the L.G.A of origin certificate is same as that of state of origin certificate because in the state of origin certificate, your L.G.A where you come from, is inclusive. And as for the Jamb admission letter, yes, you're to ensure you carry it along when going for the physical clearance.
Note: They are two printed copies of the Jamb admission letter. One being for the institution (duplicate copy) and the other for the candidate (original copy). You are to go with the former and keep the latter.
