According the the short Video reaching us, An uber driver was seen in an angry mood with some guys in Lekki.

Some guys in lekki were caught with a lady dead body which after the book an Uber and tie the lady dead body trying to dump it inside the Uber driver car boot.

The Driver refused to let them carryout the act and was forced to take his phone trying to inform the security agency.

The Lekki guys were seen begging him to let them dispose the dead body with his car, they offer him any amount.

Business woman Glory Osei who was called out recently for owing her staff and refusing to pay salary after they might have given their best to her company has again debunked the claim.

She has being trending on twitter recently and be accused and abused by many for refusing to pay salary.

To debunk the claim, She wrote;

While it might seem like I am beating a dead horse &understanding your desperation for slander about me to be true let it be clear to those who care to know. I have NEVER EVER owed anyone a salary. I have never treated anyone badly. I have been good and kind to the people I meet.

I barely meet people as the scope of my involvement in my businesses mostly have me meeting with management to develop strategies and action plans. The only thing I have done “wrong” is to let go of people. I wish we didn’t, but it had to be done. And they got paid, all of them.

I pay people for their work and I pay WELL. My salaries are very competitive and right there at the top of what you would earn in other spaces and sometimes more.

Criticise my past of selling trends and paint yourself above that.

But owe my staff I NEVER HAVE and NEVER WILL.

I would have not said any more on this. But hearing people I adored, people who should know better, sneer at me and draw conclusions about my person, disparaging my efforts and mocking my anger was the hardest dose of reality check I have had to endure.

But I endure I must.

Glory Osei who took to her social media page to re-affirm that she has never ever owed anyone a salary but has been good and kind to the people she meets.

According to report, On Wednesday, November 27th 2face Idibia and Blackface opted to settle their legal battle out of court.

In a statement to confirm the new status, Blackface took to Instagram, he wrote ;

'I am a human being and a Nigerian who fights for his rights. The problem with many of us is that we are afraid to speak up for what is right or defend the truth when we know it'.

I can say that the 50 Million defamation suit filed against me by Mr Innocent Idibia aka 2face and his manager Mr Efe Omorogbe has been settled out of court as they both have withdrawn their case filed against me It's true that they sang my song without permission and truly it pissed me off, but that doesn't legally make them thieves as the lawyers made me to understand Sometimes the words we use matter, that's why I apologised for using that word when my lawyers advised me...

Finally they admitted they made mistakes with my songwriters and publishers rights which they should have informed me before but they never did ,they have promised to rectify them so we wait and I hope they honour this this time and furnish me details to that effect.

Murphy, a New Yorker who was drawn to the city by the Harlem Renaissance, died a few days ago as confirmed by her granddaughter, Nefer Nekhet.

"It is with great sadness that we share news of the passing of Mrs. Alelia Murphy," the health care workers' union 1199SEIU, of which Murphy's daughter was a member, said in a statement.

"Mrs. Murphy was the oldest living American, having celebrated her 114th birthday in July, surrounded by her family, friends, community leaders, and members of our AFRAM Caucus."
The cause of Murphy's death was not immediately available. Murphy was 114 years, 140 days when she died, the Gerontology Research Group verified.

With her passing, the group lists Hester Ford of North Carolina, who also was born in 1905, as the oldest living American. The world's oldest person is Kane Tanaka of Japan at 116 years old.

While I blame d girl for consenting to d recording, I don't blame her for trusting d guy.

The lingering crises between the Olubadan of Ibadan land, Saliu Adetunji, and his High chiefs was put to rest on Tuesday, November 19th when the state government withdrew their crowns as part of the condition to settle out of court, Praizenews report.

The Olubadan and some of his chiefs, among whom are the Otun Olubadan, Lekan Balogun, Balogun of Ibadan land, Owolabi Olakulehin and others who are also members of the Olubadan-In-Council had in the last two years been engaged in a conflict.

The crisis reached its peak in August 2017 when the immediate past governor, Abiola Ajimobi, presented staffs of office to about 21 chiefs who were promoted to the status of kings. Eminent personalities, indigenes of Ibadan, clubs and societies in the ancient city including former President Olusegun Obasanjo had tried to wade into the conflict but were unsuccessful.

The crisis was, however, laid to rest when Ajimobi’s successor, Seyi Makinde, withdrew the crowns of the officials as part of the condition to settle out of court. It was gathered that the Court of Appeal in Ibadan had on August 23 this year referred parties in the controversial coronation to a lower court.

Makinde had opted for an out-of-court settlement to restore peace between the Olubadan and his estranged chiefs. The appellate court ordered that the case be returned for trial before another judge of the state High Court. But, the parties reached agreement on Tuesday when the state High Court in a suit number M/317/2017 filed by Rashidi Ladoja pronounced that the parties in the suit have met and agreed.

The judgement read by Justice A. Aderemi reads; “That all the gazettes affecting the chieftaincy laws of Ibadan land particularly gazette Nos 14 vol. 42 of 23rd August 2017;15 Vol 42of 24 August 2017 and 3vol 43 of 29th March 2018 and the subsequent elevation of High Chiefs and Baale in Ibadan land as Obas during the pendency of this suit be and are hereby set aside.

“That the right to wear beaded crown and coronet granted by the state government during the pendency of the suit, are hereby revoked.

“That the 1st defendant shall take steps to reconcile all parties involved in the chieftaincy matters to foster unity and harmony in the protection of the tradition of Ibadan land as relates to the chieftaincy laws of Ibadan land.”
