Solution to these criminals called governors stealing the state money and then asking for federal bail out:
If a state owes more than1 month salary , the Federal government should bypass the state and pay the state workers directly that way the greedy governors cannot lay their hand on workers salaries shameless governors
All state white elephant projects should be suspended till workers salaries are paid
How can you be building a multi billion rail line and workers are not paid
If a state defaults twice on payment of salaries then the federal government should take over the responsilibility of paying the state workers till the greedy governor leaves office
You can't pay workers but you acquire private jets and house in Dubai, abuja and London nonsense
Non payment of salaries is due to corruption of governors , no ifs buts or ands
