He is rehabilitating general hospitals across the state and building roads across smaller towns in Kalabari which will put an end to Rivers state becoming one city state, cos new cities will spring up from this. Also he is now paying pensions and workers now have promotions. The last time workers had promotion was 10yrs ago.
