Kindly study ur cv end to end and master the salient points there. Ur first level oral is the koko not even the test you just passed. So put it behind you.

Donnal: Hello I had my first interview in March 27th and I was asked to tell them about myself, i was asked what skills wld I bring to the bank, I was asked how I handled a challenge in time past, I was asked questions on my field, I studied Mathematics and i was asked to define linear algebra and i was asked to talk about my final year project as well. Finally I was asked questions abut my family. Was pretty tough cos one of d guys studied Mathematics buh in all I stayed firm and trusted God completely
. I got a success message couple of day later. Am 2nd interview hopeful... Basically be prepared, know about d bank, about what u studied, about ur goals and what u can offer d bank. Best of luck to all those awaiting 1st interview..... Be HOPEFUL!!

Yeah...currently in Taraba state. Quite a very far distance to Akure. Would be spending nothing les than 20k for the whole tin. My journey to Akure will be 2 days...guess you guys know how far am gonna go to get this job. Though based in Ibadan but chose Abuja for my preffered exam center and now given Akure. Am not discouraged am gonna be thankful in the end. @least am gonna see south west after a very long time too.
@mrrandolph, I will be leaving for Akure by 26th cos mine is 2 days journey and I think that is wise inorder to meet up with the exam. Let's hook up.

konfirm: Guyz the question is not just funny at all I was a batch A...I was the guy that had issue when I log on and say am thru and the instructor said am done that I should go out....it was funny come to think of it they are rEcruiting for themselves and there question was that hard. God realy needs to help us

wuragold2: Guys workforce is for real.... I ve Done a no of test with them and I must say it pretty not easy.. Its a cbt test that's y u re going to the etc centre in unilag the biro is just for ur calculations. Then as at 2007 when dey where collecting money it was because they didn't get dere prorities right.. Then they wanted to act as a d miDdleman btw companys and jobseekers.. Bt nw most company pay them to help with their recruitment process.. They re just like dragnet... The positions we applied for is strictly for workforce nw nt for any other company....this is my own point of view

Firstly are we sure its an outsourcing advert? Like r dey calling us for test on behalf another company or for their company?
Cos in the test mesage and that link it said their corporate university of wfa--workforce academy,,meanin graduate traininee for them?,,not an outsourcing company?
Then they said they will train us and equip us..i googled about them and on other threads on nairaland far back as 2007,it was said there that they colected 50k for 2weeks afta u pass the test and that was an outsourcing job..
Personally i want to be sure if they are recruiting for themselves or for another company and is that 50k payment still on? Like do they still colect 50 for training?
i asked some friends on other trends and no good response about this.
I want to be sure b4 goin for the test pls..

immediately i saw d site, i suspected foul play, using a . Then they gave us the luxury of choosing the sector we wanted.. Then i knew it was scam, and then i stopped following. now i wish i went just a step futher just to see how badly they constructed that sms.. These guys don tru tru see graduates finish.... Now seeing all these comments, i just dey laff.. And oh, btw, just incase u havent gotten to the point where u are reffered to someone who will help u with d certs. Its 25-30k.. Just incase u have some money to trow away.

ifyalways: Oscarpreye and Alabit are scammers and are same people sending those scam sms.

How do they work?

They have more than 20 usernames.
They create a thread claiming there's an urgent vacancy somewhere.
They use another username to post their phone numbers thereby prompting other innocent job seekers to post theirs.
They use another username to convince everyone that they've got a job from the company.
They start sending sms to all the numbers they've harvested.
an innocent job seeker, gets the sms, starts a thread to ask about the existence of the job or company.
Alabit and preye would still come up to claim that their neighbour, uncle, friend, wife got a job through same company.

Bloody scammers.

i got a message from them too. I got suspicious when i saw i was invited for a chat and den they started talking medicals. Then they said. They will only get 10percent of ur salary and thats it, real agencies, hold on to u longer, also d email addy looks fake, how will they call themselves a real agency and cant afford a website. Not even a subdomain page or a account.. Then ofcourse, the bank account had to be a personal account. Thanks to intuition and advice from a frd, i ake BOLD to say these guys seem like bad biz to me. Besides an agency will not openly tell u the company they want to post u to before a 'Chat'. Run mhen. 2,200 can buy u xmas chicken, be wise.

I will be more comfortable when we talk without foul words..I've not replied you with any such words as the point ure making up here confirm you're just angry at our mode of operation..if we disguise,like you said, and we offer opportunities does that make us a scam?..if you want to knw what a scam is..you pay for something that doesn't exist which you think exists .. you hav made it look so bad that ppl think they will come n pay for nothing ..we don't force anyone to pay for getting sign in,the job decription is given and the income basis is analysed..if one is interested you get started,if its not sounding appealing you walk away,no one will stop u n say broda u must pay..what do u say when shell is recruiting nd one had to travel from wherever to pH nd @d end of the day still u don't get the job...every org.
